Katie was removed to St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries the following day, by which time the news that she had been cursed had spread all over the school, though the details were confused and nobody other than Holly, Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Leanne seemed to know that Katie herself had not been the intended target.

Well, that's what most people thought.

Draco knew, but it was really his fault, so one would expect him to . He had imperioused somebody to imperious Katie.

Panda skipped over to Holly, and sat besid Holly. "Hello!" she chirped. "I need to talk to you. In private." Panda then stood up, and started walking out, and Holly followed her into a classroom where Roxanne was waiting. Panda closed the door behind Holly.

"Who the hell wrote-- no cut-- 'freak' on your forehead, Holly!" Roxanne snapped as soon as the door closed.

Holly blinked. "Uhm. Well, er, to tell you that, um, I'd have to, um, tell you something else, and I, er, don't really ... have permission to."

"Screw permission!" she yelled.

Holly shook her head. "I can't tell you."

"Why not?!"

"Because you'll think I'm a FREAK!" Holly suddenly screamed, pointing at her forehead. "Alright? Even for a witch, I'm different!"

"You don't think I know--" Roxanne started.

"You don't," Holly whispered. "You have no idea. Before this school, I was insane, I had almost lost my mind completely because of what I am, because of what it does to me. Only when actual humans started talking to me, I slowly got it back."

They were stunned into silence, and Holly's eyes became unfocused again.

"Remind us not to anger Holly," Panda whispered to Roxanne as Holly exited the room.

Holly sat out in the snow, sitting on a tree stump. She loved it out there.

Soon enough, she went to the 'Slug Club' party, and talked to Hermione about Hogwarts; A History. When Slughorn started to interrogate her, she seemed surprised.

"So, what do you plan on doing when you leave?" he asked her.

"I wouldn't have a clue," Holly said clearly, but quietly. "I'm still new to the whole wizarding world."

"Ho ho ho," he laughed.

Holly had a weird image of him as Santa when he laughed.

"You're a funny one, you know," he said to her, then he moved onto McLaggen, who was his new favourite due to the contacts that he had with important people.

He then turned to Panda.

"Pandora, is it?" he asked.

"No, it's Panda," she said defiantly.

"Why would that be?"

"My patronus," she answered slowly. She read the expression on his face. "I'll show you?" He nodded, with a rather large grin. She stood up, and pulled out her wand. She waved it carefully, and a red panda patronus errupted from her wand tip in a silver glow, and scuttled through the air, around the room. It diappeared as she put her wand away. She sat back down with a goofy grin.
