I'm sorry for the pitiful 3 page chapter last time, and this one may be worse. I had to pack, because I'm going to NZ, which means I have to be on a plane. *dies*.
Happy Birthday to me!
Guess what? I'm going to be on a plane for my whole birthday!!! *damn it* Except for the last ten minutes of it. Bleh.
So, I guess this is a DMLS (I hope you understand that, because if you don't, yeah, I guess it's a surprise for youu)
BTW! I have accidentally, somehow switched POV in this. (it's still in 3rd person, but you'll get what I mean, but it's still in Holly's at the same time, if you get what I mean)
This is short because I have two days (shorter than ya think, bro)
I dedicate this theoretically to James who made a character toooo. I don't like him much, but his character seems likeable. Bahahahahaha.
Love you who read this (:

Holly had to write some sort of essay about herself, past, present, and what she wanted to be in the future for Ancient Runes. She had to write it in Runes. Personally, she found it difficult, and couldn't do it. She went to her Professor, Professor Pix.
"Ah, Professor, I can't do the assignment," she said with Professor Pix had told her to sit down.
Pix raised his eyebrows. "Why not? You would have learned enough to be able to write it."
"I can write it out," she said. "But my problem is that writing about my past."
"Why's that?"
"It's too personal," she said quietly.
Pix peered at her behind his glasses. "You're going to need a better excuse, Miss Mist."
Her eye twitched. "My past is something I want to keep to myself. I will happily fail if it meant I would keep it from people," she said darkly, her voice much more focused, as was her eyes and face.
"Why do you want to hide it?"
"Because it's something that you wouldn't understand," she said. "Not people like you."
His eyes narrowed. "What do you mean by 'people like me'?"
"People who would get whatever they wanted when they ask for it," she said bitterly, before leaving. She's changed so much since she came here. More bitter. Gotten much less shy, but she still hates it when a man would lay a hand on her. She was still scared of being hurt. It had only been a little over a week.
So far, she has two Professor's that she's on their bad side. In her own way, she didn't like to get angry, and she shadow-walked over to the dark room. Somebody was crying in the darkness. Holly, blindly, walked towards the cry carefully. She sat down beside the figure, and made it so that it was a tiny bit lighter.
She awkwardly placed a hand on Malfoy's shoulder. She didn't know how to comfort people.
"What's wrong?" she asked quietly.
"It's all too much!" he cried. "The Dark Lord wants me to kill somebody! My Mother thinks I can't do it!"
Holly was going to regret saying this later. "But you can't. You're too good of a person."
He laughed without amusement, but he did stop. "Too good? How do you know I haven't been putting on a act!"
"I don't," she admitted.
