Water-Ice Dragons are the embodiment of magic. Not only are their scales clear, but in direct sunlight their scales turn ocean blue. Despite this appearence, Water-Ice Dragons cannot use any other means of magic, only being able to turn into a non-dragon form and back to dragon. Water-Ice Dragons possess both water and ice for their breath element and are able to combine this breath element to cause more damage to a target.
