Wisp Dragons are much like the ghosts of Dragoso. These are dragons whose souls were unclaimed by Kaylano or Deathbore or even Reaper Dragons. The souls manifested into a dragon, their purpose is to find and complete the thing they had yet to do in their lives. After they complete this task, their souls are claimed and the go on to exist in the Afterlife.
