I parked the car in the underground parking of the huge caffe I worked in and got to work .Silently hoping Ru to call and tell she believed my excuse .

•4:30pm

Phill did mess up two orders today ,and Chale the almost got fired by the higher chief. And I spilled pasta sauce on my apron while giving it to Chase . Maybe today's day itself is not lucky.
"Thea , the day passed so quickly." Amy says and tries to hide a smile .she works here as well and generally takes care of the catering.
"You know , you've been grinning like an idiot the whole afternoon , haha you have creeped out at least four guests , what is it gorge ??" I laugh , smiling lightly .
"I am goin on date tonight !!" She jumps like a little girl ,blushing even more .
"Haha tell me about it , who ya fangirling ?" I laugh.
"Ohhh great personality , good look , well HE IS HOT AF " she says like grinning .
" Oh my , looks like he is going home with someone ,aye " I tease , giving her a unibrow .
"Shut up." She smacks me and removes her apron and folds it neatly , I do the same and we head home finishing our shifts for the day .

"Club" I let out a sigh , key in the ignition, and race down the road in a hurry to get home .
There's this problem with me drinking , if I take one shot and one whole bottle of beer , it's more than enough for me to get jacked up and lose my senses leaving me vulnerable, whereas Ru , it takes her 10beers to get drunk . Plus I am a talkative drunk ,yeah problem , I know .

I unlock the door and get in , immediately 'Love' jumps on me , and I bent to pet her , rubbing her behind the ears .
"Heyyyy ! How ya goin little pup , my-" and before I could keep my backpack on the sofa , Ruby burts in the living room .
"Hello there ! How was your day Theee !???" She seems tipsy .
"Wow , were are you drinking ?" I say looking at her ,she had worn her pjs inside out , and a lil twisted too I let out a loud laugh .
"Nah , why ?" She says surprised.
"Cause you have been- been this sweet to me , gestures like 'hello there ! How was your day' and all , pretty unbelievable, so it is possible that you were drinking " I say with a sarcastic smile .
"Haha very funny , now fresh up ,pick a nice dress , we leave at 8." She says giving me a glare .
Not wearing a dress , yup definitely not .
"Okay ,and please wear your pjs properly . " I say.
She goes back inside , looking at her pjs and laughing as well .
" Ru! Did you feed Lovelle and get the sink repaired  !?" I shout .
"Yeah ! I did , ya ninny , please don't leave the gross dog with me ever , she intrudes my privacy !" She says and I laugh while looking at love .
"Ruby is just stupid,okay " I smile and bent down to pet her .

By the time I take a bath and choose a "dress" and settle my room , it's already 6:40 pm I really need to hurry up .
I dry my hair with the towel and leave them dangling while putting on my undies and stuff . Momentarily my phone chimes and flashes , indicating I received a message , I pick it up and it says 'A Tinder match found for you' , what the hell ? . I don't have tinder , I slide to put my pin and unlock the phone and view the message , click on it and it directly opens the app . And my tinder profile is put , with my pictures on it but Ruby's contact is on the app , basically my whole account is set and I didn't know I even had a tinder !? . what the hell ?
"Ruby , why did you set my tinder profile" I say slightly opening the door and putting my head out to talk .
She is sitting in a sofa while she doesn't let love come anywhere near her , it was a funny site to see , but love just keeps climbing on the sofa .
"Because I wanted you to have a boyfriend and shift out this bloody dog ,who keeps annoying me " she says .
" I am not leaving you anytime soon." I smile and she rolls her eyes playfully and laughs .
I close the door and plus my phone to charge , maybe there is nothing wrong in having a profile , what's the harm , I shrug .  I get dressed and eat something , and by the time I give love her dinner , Ru comes out of her room, all dressed and looking gorgeous .
She was wearing a plain black dress , hair tied in a messy bun , red lipstick and silver lace ups , she's a stunner .
"You look great Ru." I smile , while she notices what I was wearing .
Messy curls ,A Racerback Tank Top, and High-Waisted Jeans . 
"Hello gorgeous" she smiles .
"Thanks , which club are we goin to, can we take my car ?"
I ask .
"Nah Conor is coming to pick us up ." She says and grabs her keys .
"Conor who ?" I ask confused.
"My new boyfriend" she turns back and winks .
"Since when ?" I ask slightly smiling .
"Yesterday ." She responds
"Oh god" I say and let's out a loud laugh which booms through the corridor .
"Oh and we are goin' to , Tunnel nightclub , Potts point , now hurry up " she says , tapping her feet on the carpeted corridor .
"hell No ! That is the most popular club here ." I complain and try to lock the door .
"I know , now c'mon!!!"
It's 10mins to 8 ,and well the place is quite far from where we live , like about half and hour to reach .
We rush towards the lift and head to the car parking . And find a black  Mercedes SLR McLaren in front of our parking . That's a massive car and it's worth more a fortune for sure .
"Hey babe ! " Conor gets out of the car to kiss Ruby and I already am feeling like a third wheel . Well Conor's got decent looks ,and seems humble well we'll see .
"Conor this is my friend Thea , Thea this is Conor ." Ru introduces us .Conor extend a hand for me to shake with I politely take .
"You look beautiful Ru , and Thea you as well ." He kisses Ruby's forehead , I hope I find someone like him too .
"Now lets get goin' " he says , we get in the car and head off .
"Ah Conor , I don't think they will allow you to get in wearing stubbies, yeh ?" I ask , while Ruby increases the volume of the radio , let her go by passengers was playing along .
"Nah they won't do anything if we go with pretty ladies. " He says and smiles at Ruby .
I hope it'll be a fun night .
