I wake up to Lovelle licking my hand ,I open one eye and immediately bring my hand up to shield my eyes from the blinding sunlight coming through the window panes , I try to get up and hold my sore stomach with one hand,feeling a little headache and notice a bruise on my wrist .

I look around the surroundings , I am in my room ,what !? how ?

Instantly I recall everything that happened last night , i hold my head try to press the pressure points to ease the headache a bit , lovelle just gets on my bed and cuddles in my lap ,i smile looking down at her .

I look at the leather jacket on my nightstand and then I remember whom it belonged to , the one who saved me from that horrid jackass last night .

I can't quite remember the name , guess it was Jake ? I sit up and stretch slightly , i sigh and run my fingers through my hair , untangling some knots , gosh it looks like a bird nest.

I see some medicines on my nightstand and look at my clothes , only crop top has been replaced to a comfy baggy shirt i love ,but I don't remember changing- suddenly my bedroom door opens with a thud and Ruby barges in , she looks tired and her face is stained ?

"G'Mornin Thea , I am so sorry about last night , I know I should have taken care of you ,I shouldn't have forced to go the club , so so sorry , It is all because of me that you have multiple bruises on your body , that fucking bastard I am going to kill him ,I asked Conor to-"I cut her rant ,

"I am fine , and it is not your fault , I don't blame it on you , it is nobody's fault and that guy I guy is in the hospital I guess-" this time she cuts me off.

"I know I know I know , but I-"

"shut up , it is not your fault ! That's it , I don't want a word extra about this." I say sternly looking at her , I don't get why she thinks herself responsible for this .

"Okay , well the guy who defended you got you home at 3 in the morning-"

"You were home ??" I ask .

"Yeah , I was , I had to come home as Conor had to rush somewhere urgently , and you had texted me you'd be home , so I decided to come here as well , but when I came home and didn't see you here , I started to panic , I called you billions times and you wouldn't pick up , it slowly struck 2:30 , I was scared to death , Thea . Calling and asking everyone , but as I got out finally deciding to drive back to the club , the doorbell rang and I see you unconscious in someone's arms, firstly without seeing his face I slapped him , I thought he did -" I gasp and then laugh ,stopping her babbling .

"WHAT'S SO FUNNY !!? DO YOU EVEN KNOW MUCH WORRIED AND TERRIFIED I WAS !!? YOU COULD HAVE BEEN RAP-" okay gosh , I know where she is going with this.

"Yeah , I know I know , sorry-" I say finally stop laughing and giggling , my stomach isn't hurting as much but it still is . I bend forward and hug her , rubbing her back , finally finding some peace ,I sigh while she straightens my hair fondly , still tensed about everything .

I have never seen Ruby this sorry and this ranging before , generally she is all sarcastic and funny.

"You shouldn't be the one apologizing , I shoul-" she says snorting ,and we release .

"No one should be , okay , especially not yewwwww" I joke , she looks miserable.

"Okay tell me the whole story ,but first please tell me these medicines ar enot mine and the warmth on my stomach is not because of some gross ointment."I ask her with sorrowful eyes .
