"What's going on? Is there a fire? I'll get the water hose!" My dad said obviously worried.
"No dad! Its just something! I'm sorry!" I quickly apologized. Damn Elliot ahhhh just thinking about him is promoting danger in my family. Ugh if he wasn't this cute. But seriously, Iz, keep your cool. You can't like someone like him, I mean he can never like you and besides you probably won't see him again and he won't even look for you in the future.
*Phone rings*
"Hello, who's this?" I asked without even looking at my phone screen. Dumb Iz but well
"IZ!!! Are you okay? Are you alive? Did you survive detention?" Lissa asked like I entered some haunted house or something.
"Yes Lissa, I'm alive breathing"
"Oh Thank God! I would literally die if you didn't survive it there! I mean I can't imagine my best friend dying and the words etched on the tomb stone would be 'died in a detention room' ohmygosh that would seriously be funny" Wow, so she only cares about my tomb stone. What a friend.
"Wow, thanks for being your source of entertainment. I mean nothing much happened since the teacher was busy sleeping so I left earlier than the time. "
"That's great to hear Iz, well let's stop talking about detention let's just start talking about the project due next month"
"Yes, that sounds like a brilliant idea!"
