Somewhat Summary of the AU:

When Joey was using dark magic on the Ink Machine to bring Bendy to life, there was a problem after the process was done. The Ink Machine summoned not one but two so called "Bendies", neither of them looked the same or even acted the same. Soon after the failed attempt to make the original Bendy that Joey wanted in the first place, he discovered that he was able to fuse them together to form Bendy which actually worked but not for very long. So now Joey would always force the two to fuse their ink bodies together to form Bendy every time the show was about to start, then split apart once it ended or else dark whispers would start to flood their combined mind.
