"The Enchanted Eyes"

-Chapter 3.
-Meeting

Amy's POV:

Even with the current atmosphere of the situation we're in, I still managed to speak my mind "Still, I'd like to ask you one question if that's alright."

"Of course. Ask away." Again, even with the mysterious atmosphere caused by our questions, he was able to answer so calmly.

"Who... are you?" I asked a little bit worrisome.

He then grinned... "I'll show you." He said...

Before I could even take into account what he just said, he made a certain gesture in which he shifted the positions of his fingers in his right hand. He extended both his pointer finger and middle finger straight, while his thumb held down his ring and pinkie fingers. The shape of his hand now resembling what someone signing the number 'two' would show but with both extended fingers pointing straight instead of in a V shape.

After doing the sign with his hand he then moved the position of his elbow do that it would be in front and above his stomach and pressed his two extended fingers on the middle of his forehead. While doing this he slowly removed his glasses and closed his eyes. He then took a deep breath and slowly... opened his eyes. What I saw... surprised me to say the least... His eyes turned a bright sky blue, drastically different from the usual black color it used to be.
"What the-" Before I could finish my sentence, I was cut off by him speaking.

"This library was built ten years ago. The founder of the school had been collecting and receiving a number of donated books from his friends and family members. He then used the funds of the school to build this very library. He stacked the shelves neatly with the books that he had received over the years, separating them into certain subjects. Slowly, the library started to grow. With the success of the school's fund raising campaigns, the new principal had now bought newer and better books and replaced the old and withered ones from the shelves. Students have now been using the library more and more frequently with the increasing number of educational books, and with the continued donations, the collection will only grow bigger and bigger... That's all I can see for now..."
He then closed his eyes and slowly opened them again, now the usual black color they always were.

"..." Shocked by what just happened, I was unable to formulate a sentence to follow-up what he just said.

Seeing my silence as a chance to continue with his point, he continued to afformention his knowledge. "You might be confused about the situation right now, but I can assure you that what you saw when your eyes turned green were no mere daydreams. They were visions. They were visions of happenings in the future as a matter of fact, opposite of my 'pastsight'."

"P-pastsight?" I mumbled, still unable to take into account that I've been looking into the future within my daydreams.

He then put his glasses back on as he spoke. "Yes, with it I can see the past. I can use it to look back through time and see the past of a certain location. So far, I've only been able to see the past of the location I am currently in. I guess that it's also fair to tell you that it is also why I've had such good grades." I gasped. "Now on the contrary, yours can be classified as 'Futuresight'. Based on what you've said about your visions, I have realized that we are not entirely the same. Now, it's getting late." As he said that the last pair of students, probably second year's, stood up and exited the library, well, there was still one more person other than us thatbwas still in the library. "We probably need to get going. How about I just send you how to do the homework online?"
