The lights are blinding. My head is pounding and Im laying in a hospital bed. "Kara!! Thank goodness. They got the glass out of your leg."
"Good. That's great. What did I cut my leg on?" I asked, curious because there was no glass by me when I got cut.
"Well Kara, the doctor said that a light bulb busted which triggered the episode. And it happened that the light bulb shards got into your leg." Carter shrugged. He was pretty used to me getting hurt. I think the hospital was starting to think I did this stuff on purpose.
"Uh Carter, I think my pain meds are kicking in so I'm really tired."
I drifted off to sleep and dreamed about what's happening in 2 weeks: Magcon! Normally I'd be ecstatic, but I had a problem. I was falling for Aaron Carpenter. If I had any rules from all of this it would be- NEVER FALL IN LOVE!
"Aaron?" I heard Carter say. Next thing I knew, Doctors were dragging me out of my hospital room to switch my stitches. I'd been out cold for 5 days. Which means that Magcon was sooner than soon.
"Hey, Kara, I just called Aaron. I didn't tell him you liked him. Only asked what he thought of you. He thinks you're beautiful, funny, kind, and he likes you a lot. You have my permission to be with him," he started to walk off then stopped turned around threw me my phone and said,"Take a look at what "you" just tweeted. Sure enough:
I have a crush, his name is Aaron, and he's loving and adorable.

Mrs. Reynolds walked into the room, "Honey you need to get your rest. Please sleep."
"Alright... Momma Reynolds..."
Some rules are meant to be broken and others aren't. I think this one deserves to be broken.
