I need a kidney now and I need someone to tell the parents. While she looks around the room they all just stand there. GO NOW. HAS ANYONE GOT A KIDNEY YET.

Mark , Derek ,and Meredith's Pov (still in CT)
Mark:DEREK!! Derek ran into the room to see the scans. Mark: She has a very small brain bleed and some more internal bleeding.
Derek's Pov
Alright mer let's get you back to your room he says as they get her out of the CT machine. Everything is gonna be just fine.
(Back in Meredith's room)
Mark talking to Derek.
Derek were gonna keep her intubated until she gets stronger and until surgery. Oh Derek one more thing she's having panic attacks we need to get those under control. I know he said with sigh. He took a seat and looked at a sleeping Meredith but got interrupted when a nurse came in.
Nurse and Derek's Pov
Excuse me Dr.Shepherd I'm sorry but yours and Dr.Grey's baby is in surgery with Dr.Montgomery and Dr. Robbins right now she's in kidney failure I'm so sorry. When Derek herd this he's heart dropped. Do you have you found a kidney , no sir. Alright just tell me when you find one please. Thank you. The nurse walked out and Meredith began to stir.
Derek and Meredith's Pov
Mer don't fight the intubation I have to tell you something but you can't freak out. First um tomorrow your going to back into surgery because you have a small brain bleed and some internal bleeding but you'll be fine and our baby she's in surgery with Addison and Arizona she's in kidney failure.
Derek then got a pen and a piece of paper so she could respond.
Meredith then wrote give her mine just give her mine. Mer I know you want to help but you can't your just not strong enough. Then she started writing again it said what if they don't get a kidney in time she'll die Derek. Meredith she's is going to be okay they're going to find one it's gonna be ok.
Addison and Arizona's Pov
We're losing her start CPR NOW. Come on baby grey don't do this come on. 20 minutes later still doing compressions Addison she's gone. Arizona went up to Addison and grabbed her hands away from baby grey She is gone I know it's hard but she's gone Addie she's gone. Should we go talk to them yeah we can go together.
Everyone in Meredith's room Pov = Derek , Meredith, Bailey , Addison and Arizona.
As they both walked in the room they saw Bailey checking up on Meredith. Hey guys um Bailey could you give us a minute. Bailey nodded I'll be back in. Okay we have to tell you something but Meredith you have to stay calm Meredith then nodded. Okay while we had baby grey in surgery all of her organs started shutting down and her stats drop I'm so sorry but we lost her. All the sudden Meredith's heart rate went up she started hyperventilating and choking from the intubation she was having another panic attack.
Bailey's Pov
I heard all the machines from Meredith's room ran right in. Seeing she was hyperventilating and choking Addison trying to calm her down. What the hell happened , but she already knew from the state Meredith was in and the looks on all of there faces. Meredith I need you to calm down as she said that Meredith began to try and get up and off the bed. Meredith your going to rip your stithies. But Meredith didn't listen Bailey tried to hold her down but nothing was working. Meredith you need to calm your putting way to much stress on yourself and your intubated you can't go anywhere. Next thing Bailey knew she had looked down at Meredith and saw all the blood she was laying in. Okay Meredith listen to me look at me she looked up at Bailey I know this hurt I know Meredith finally stopped fighting everyone and fell into Bailey's arms sobbing. Right then everyone else in the room including Derek had left. Shh I know it hurts shh it's all going to okay. They sat there for about 5 minutes. Alright grey you ripped your stitches so I need to stop the bleeding and you need to get rest you have surgery tomorrow. Bailey then got the supplies and started to work on Meredith. While silent tears streamed down Meredith's face.
