Jungkook POV.

I zip my bag up and swing it over my shoulder.

That settles my dinner.

I got up and went to the next ally, in hopes that there would be some jackpot.

I digged through the trash, throwing the can bottles out of the way.

I then saw a pizza box. Silently praying there will be leftovers, I open it and was met with 3 slices.

I didn't care anymore, I sat down and wolfed it down. I didn't eat breakfast and lunch.

I was practically working all day.

"Jungkook?" Once I heard my name, I got up and stuff the food inside my mouth.

I didn't even bother turning back to see who it was.

I didn't want to, even if it was Yeri.

"Wait!" The person grabbed onto my bag and stopped me from running.

"Jeon Jungkook"

"Let go!" I tried to shake it off but the grip got tighter.

The person got in front of me and bend down until I could see her face.

I broke eye contact with her immediately.

"You changed so much." She mumbled.

I only scoffed and tried to walk away.

"Aren't you curious what happened to Yeri?" She said and I halt. "How's she is doing?"

I stare at the engraved stone.

"She... Didn't made it" she pursed her lips. I sat at the side of her and slowly trace her name.

"If only I... I didn't shoot..." I let out a sigh.

I then felt a hand on my shoudler.

"At least you got rid of her" She tried comforting me.

"Can you leave m- us for a moment, Noona?" I said and she immediately understood.

I touch the bear that was beside her.

"Kookie... You named it after me right?" I chuckled.

"Actually, we haven't decide who won the game. It was a 1:1 tie." I sighed.

"Oh yeah," I put my bag to the front and took out the gun, gently placing it down with Kookie.

"Its the gun I used. So when I go up there with you, you could be the one shooting me" I slightly smile.

"Look, Yeri, I'm sorry. I.. I didn't have a choice. I mean I had a lot of them, but" I sigh for the upteeth time.

"Just, I'm sorry. I'm sorry for causing you to be here when we could possibly be a thing. Yeri, I'm sure you feel the same but I like you. Like madly in love with you." I touch the side of the stone.

I felt a drop trickling down my cheek.

"Jungkook, its getting late, let's go." Seulgi tap my shoulder and gestured me to leave.

I stood up and wipe away the droplet.

"I got to go.." I walked the opposite direction but she grab onto my bag.

"No, you're coming with me mister." I tried running away but she started dragging me.

"Everyone is worried for you" We started walking to her house but my eyes were still fixed on the grave.

"Come on" Seulgi said while asking me to cross the road.

I walked slowly and just then the bright light from the truck came towards me.

I couldn't hear any sound, not even the honking or Seulgi trying to call me.

I smiled slightly wait for the impact.
