*I feel like I wrote this really poorly so sorry*
Three months had passed. Woojin is now seven months and Jungkook can't help but wonder how much he has grown. Can he walk yet? Jungkook's confident he could, Woojin has always been ahead for his age.
Taehyung and Jungkook arrive at the court with Yoongi. All the guys following behind them. Jungkook has a knot coiled in his stomach as he walked into the court room. He and Taehyung did everything right, Yoongi told them that. Walking in Jungkook spotted his brother and girlfriend with their own lawyer.
"Shit." Yoongi mumbled under his breath.
Taehyung looked over. "Hyung?"
"That guys is good. He's been a lawyer for forty years, I just graduated last month." He said.
Jungkook felt a shiver run through his spine and he was shaking. Taehyung grabbed his hand and leaned over. "Baby, you need to calm down okay. We can do this."
The judge came in and everybody stood up and bowed. They all did there pledges to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. "The court session may begin."
The judge looked at some documents first before calling upon Yoongi. "Mr.Min, please make your statement."
Yoongi stood up and straightened the buttons on his suit before letting out a little cough. "Well your honor, my case is really simple. Mr. Jeon Jungkook stumbled home one day to find a baby on his front door with a letter claiming the child is his. From then on he unconditionally loved that child, provided for that child and any of my witnesses." He pointed the boys who where watching the scene in the back. "Will tell you that Mr. Jeon was, no excuse me, is the best father they have ever seen."
The judge nodded and called for the other lawyer to make his own statement. "My defendant were lost, confused, they needed time to heal themselves and become capable parents. During that time they both got jobs, quit drugs, got a home together. All so they could care for a baby, their son. I think they proved themselves ready to take their child back your honor."
Jungkook held Taehyung's hand tighter and Taehyung brought it up to kiss his knuckles.
"I call Jeon Jungkook up to the stand."
Jungkook froze but let out a shaky breath and stood up, making his way to the stand. He sat down and looked at the crowd before him, he saw Taehyung nodding at him. He took a deep breath.
Yoongi walked up to the stand and gave him a smile. "Mr. Jeon, do you love Woojin?"
"Yes, with all my heart." He answered truthfully.
Yoongi nodded. "Is it true that after you found Woojin and gained custody you quickly got a job after wards to provide for the child?"
Jungkook nodded. "Yes."
"Can you describe what a typical day would look like for you and Woojin?" Yoongi asked.
"Well... when I wake up one of the first things I do is go to Woojin's room. Normally he's already away so I change his pamper and then we go eat breakfast that Taehyung had already made. Taehyung goes to work so during that time we sometimes go to the park, get ice cream, and the come home to play and watch cartoons, he really likes it when i wiggle his toes and plays this piggy. Then I make lunch and drop him off at Jin's because I have classes."
"Do you trust this Jin?" Yoongi ask.
"Of course. I've known him for years." Jungkook said and Yoongi tells him to continues. "When I come back from classes Taehyung had already picked him up and brought him home, so I come home and cook dinner. The three of us eat together and then play. We bought this jumper and Woojin loved it so much so he jumps while we do dishes. Then before we put him to bed-"
