In this written task, I will be taking a photo, taken by Daniel Berehulak, and turning it into a short story. Through this format, I will be able to present the power of disease and the darkness it brings to a society, and how it affects the human population as a whole. I will also be demonstrating the light that can bring things into focus in one's life, in an effort to understand the damaging effects disease brings.

The story will show two different perspectives, both from two people the same age, one from a boy living in Africa, and a girl who lives in America. The boy will have lost everything to the epidemic known to the world as Ebola, and is dying himself due to hunger and sickness. He will be spiteful towards everyone that tries to help him, and will eventually die. The girl will have everything, and in trying to get out of something she doesn't want to do, she will write a letter that gives the boy help.

The translation of a picture to words, will allow me to show the destruction a small, miniscule virus can inflict to a population, and the mental damage that ensues afterword.
