(Amy POV)

I took my seat at the front of the class. I could feel all eyes on me and Lisa. And to tell you the truth, it scared me. I hate being the center of attention. One of the boys whistled. Someone snickered. Lisa just chuckled. "What is so funny to you?" I hissed. "These bucket heads reaction to us. Idiots." She smirked. I rolled my eyes. Science ended quickly, same with every other class, and it was soon lunch. I walked with Lisa to the cafeteria. "You call this a cafeteria?" Lisa laughed. "Budget cuts?" I asked sheepishly. "Looks like it." She laughed again. This cafeteria looks like its had 1 too many food fights, if you know what I mean. We walked through the line. A cheeseburger, mashed potatoes, and a carton of milk. We walked out of line and looked for a place to sit. "Hey! Over here!" Lisa called to me, motioning to an empty table. I smiled and nodded. Lisa always knew how to acheive something. I began to walk toward Lisa, when I tripped. I have had people trip me before, so I pushed my lunch away from me so I wouldn't be covered in mashed potatoes. "Amy!" Lisa cried, running over to me. Some dude next to me laughed his sorry butt off. Lisa helped me up and I narrowed my eyes, staring straight at the jerk who tripped me. He just sat there, laughing his butt off. I clenched my fist, my eyes growing darker by the second. Lisa noticed, and pulled me away from that table before my friends from the shadows ripped his head off and kicked it down the street. She sat me down at the table. "Amy, you have to be careful. He could be working for Dark!" She hissed. "That idiot isn't working for Dark. They'd have a tattoo, or their eyes would grow dark when they sensed my presense. They don't laugh either." I said. "I still don't trust him....." "Please? Just one, big, powerful, ShadowBall?" "No." I sighed. "Fine." I said. "Hey, have a nice FALL?" The idiot who tripped me asked, and started laughing. I could feel my powers stirring inside of me, and a wave of desire washed over me. Maybe a punch to the face...... "Amy! Snap out of it! Your eyes....." She mumbled. I rolled my eyes. "Just a punch, please?" "NO." I frowned. New rule; Lisa gets mad, no punching anything. Let's see how bad that could get. "I need something to throw. Something sharp, something violent...." "My spork?" "That'll do." Lisa handed me her spork, and I turned, and chucked the thing across the room. A loud,'THUD' boomed through the cafeteria. My eyes widened as I suddenly turned to Lisa. "I swear if someone asks, it wasn't me." Lisa laughed. She split her lunch with me and we we talked. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see a group of people walking towards us. "Lisa, people." I mumbled. She nodded. "Uh, hi." One of them said. There was 4 boys, and 1 girl. I feel bad for her. "Hi." I mumbled. "Can we sit with you?" The girl asked, and smiled. I nodded, and Lisa said, "Yes." They sat next to us. I was quiet at first, but soon was engrossed into the conversation, and laughing with everyone else. I learned their names, and they looked like they wanted to ask us something. "Uh.... Can we ask you both something?" Peter asked. "Sure..." I replied, shooting a glance at Lisa. "Are you...." He lowered his voice, "Superheros?" My eyes widened, and I turned to Lisa. She had the same expression as me. "Why do you want to know?" She asked, a hint of anger in her voice. My guess; she was worried about them. Why would they want to know? "Because.." He lowered his voice again, "We go to S.H.I.E.L.D." "Oh...." I said. "In that case.." Lisa lowered her voice again, "We are." Everyone nodded. "So, how about we meet you at the front of school at the end of the day and take you there?" Sam asked. We both nodded. "Okay." The bell rang. "We'll see you later." They called, all walking away, and Lisa dragged me to the next class.
