Chapter 35: Unwanted Feelings!

Flashback!
    The cloud flew Lizzie to Cari's house and she walked inside. Everyone sighed in relief and they all hugged her. After her friends hugged her, she locked hid with her fiance and they smiled at one another. She ran over to him and threw her arms around his neck as he wrapped his arms around her waist. They pulled apart and held hands. Then they kissed. They pulled apart again and faced everyone, who were all smiling. "That was good thinking, Cari." Lizzie stated. "That's what she's best for, that and looking gorgeous." Marchness stated. Cari smiled and blushed. "That's sweet, and it was nothing." Cari said as she turned to Lizzie. "But my mom will probably enact the curse now." Lizzie stated. "She probably would, if she could." Cari stated. "You still have it?" Alistair asked and she nodded with a satisfied smile. "Yep. I put it in a box when we had it at your house, then I brought the box up here, somewhere that's out of her reach." Cari replied. Cari walked over to a chest and opened it. There was a bunch of stuff in it. Her eyes found the box and she pulled it out. She showed everyone and they all smiled. "Good, if the queen gets it, we'll all be in trouble." Tony stated. "Thanks for station the obvious." Tammy stated and Tony huffed, making Tammy smile. She opened it sbgd pulled out the book, as Marchness took the box. Cari looked through the book and her eyes widened at what she saw. "What is it?" Kitty asked. "This is the duplicate we replaced st the palace with the real one." Cari replied as she closed it and looked at everyone. "What does that mean?" Bunny asked, getting nervous. "It means that when the book was still at Alistair's, the queen stole it and gave us the duplicate we gave her. Right before I brought it up here, I checked it, but only the outside, not the inside. The outside looks just the same, I didn't realise it wasn't the right one." Cari explained and they all sighed. "So, we're out of ideas." Lizzie stated. "Pretty much." Cari stated. "Great. Just great." Lizzie stated sarcastically. "We have to something." Maddie stated. "Like what?" Kitty asked. "I don't know, but something." Maddie replied with a sigh. "She's right. My mother has to be stopped, once and for all." Lizzie stated. "What do you suppose we do?" Daring asked. Lizzie looked up at him. "I have to overthrow her." Lizzie replied. She turned back to her friends as they all gasped.

Real World!
     Madison was in Faith Foley's office. "You already told me every detail about the curse." Faith stated and Madison nodded. "That's right." Madison stated. "Is there something you left out?" Faith asked and Madison thought about it. "Not that I can think of." Madison replied. "I dontg think you told me how you remember and everyone else doesn't." Faith stated and Madison gasped. "I guess there is something I forgot." Madison stated. "So?" Faith asked. "So what?" Madison asked as she shrugged and Faith sighed. "Are you going to tell me?" Faith asked. "Tell you what?" Madison asked and Faith sighed again. "About why you remember and no else does." Faith replied. "Oh, right. I don't see a reason why I should tell you, it's not like you or anyone else believes me. The only person that really has to remember and believe doesn't, and right now all I care about is getting her to remember so she can break the curse and save everyone." Madison explained. "You mean Lily, right? Who's actually Lizzie, daughter of the Queen of Hearts, who casted this curse in the first place?" Faith asked and Madison nodded. "That's right." Madison replied and Faith nodded as she wrote a few things down. "I understand. But I need to know everything about this world of yours. So please, tell me how you remember." Faith stated and Madison sighed and rolled her eyes. "Fine." Madison agreed.
     Alison and Daniel sat in the waiting room of Dr. Foley's office. Alison was reading a magazine tbat they provide for guests, as Daniel was sitting on the chair next to her, just being bored. The door opened as Madison walked out. She was surprised to see the mayor and her husband there. She walked over to them and Alison looked up. "What are you guys doing here?" Madison asked. She is very curious. "Nothing. It's not important." Alison replied and Madison nodded. "Okay." Madison stated. Faith stood at the door. "Alison and Daniel!" Faith called. Alison put the magazine down and got up along with her husband. They walked in as Faith closed the door behind them. "Curiouser and Curiouser." Madison stated as she walked out.
    Alison and Daniel sat on her leather couch as she sat on the desk chair, that's not by a desk, thst sat across from them. "So, what brings you here?" Faith asked. "We've been having marital problems." Alison replied and Faith nodded. "I see. Now how long has that been going on?" Faith asked and Alison sighed. "I don't know, honestly. A while, actually." Alison replied and Faith wrote a few things down. She wrote down how much Alison is participating and how quiet Daniel is. Faith and Alison kept talking about her marriage problems as Daniel stated silent and distant. Faith nodded as the buzzer went off, indicating their time is up. Faith wrote a few more things down and then looked. Ask up at them. "Okay. Before you go one more thing. If you really want me to find out what the problem is, I'll have to see you both separately. Don't question it, because it can actually help a lot more then you think. So, I'll see Alison on Tuesday and Daniel on Wednesday. Same time as you came today. But since it's only one day, I'll have you both for two hours to observe more. Then you guys will come back on Thursday and I will talk to the both if you." Faith stated and they nodded as they left.

Flashback!
    Lizzie ran up to her mom. "Mother." Lizzie stated. "You're back." Ms. Hearts stated as she turned around to face her daughter. "Yes." Lizzie replied as she held her crossbow at her mother with an arrow on it. "You won't really use that on your poor mother, will you?" Ms. Hearts asked and Lizzie sighed as she rolled her eyes. "I don't want to, but I will if I have to." Lizzie stated. "I can't believe it came to this." Ms. Hearts stated. "Me too." Lizzie agreed. "Think about what you're doing." Ms. Hearts stated. "Sadly, I am." Lizzie stated. A card guard threw the queen a sword, as she caught it and aimed it at her daughter. The cards surrounded her and aimed swords at her. She shot an arrow at her mom, who blocked it with your sword. "Your hearts not really in this, which is a good sign." Ms. Hearts stated and Lizzie sighed. She put down her crossbow, and everyone put down their swords. "I will overthrow you." Lizzie stated and shechuckled as he cards laughed. She looked at all of them confused and looked back at her mother. "Don't you see? I knew you would come here." Ms. Hearts stated and Lizzie looked down as she thought about what her mom was telling her. Her eyes widened as she looked back up. "You knew? You knew I would come after you after I found out about the book." Lizzie realised. "Yes, indeed." Ms. Hearts agreed. "You sent more card guards after my friends and boyfriend." Lizzie stated. "Yep. They should be in the dungeons, by now." Ms. Hearts stated with a smile and they all walked off as Lizzie yelled angrily.

Real World!
       Lily knocked on Madison's apartment door. Madison opened and sighed when she saw Lily. "I'm surprised you would still hang around someone who needs help, as you put it." Madison stated as she crossed her arms. Lily sighed as she looked down. She looked back down and took a deep breathe. "I deserved that. Look, I just wanted to say I-I'm s-s-sorry." Lily apologized and Madison smiled. "I forgive you." Madison stated and Lily smiled. "Really?" Lily asked. "Yep." Madison replied and Lily sighed in relief as they hugged. They pulled apart and Madison opened the door wider. "Wanna come in?" Madison asked and Lily nodded. "Sure." Lily replied as they walked in and Madison closed the door behind the two of them.
     Lily left a couple hours later and walked out of Madness Bed and Breakfast. She went to her car and pulled her keys out of her purse, but scceifebyallyg dropped them. She he Mr down to get them and as sgecwas about to touch them, she felt someone else's hand. She looked up and saw she was locking eyes with Daniel. He picked up.the keys as they both stood up. He handed them to her and she sighed as she grabbed them. But she didn't just feel the metal of the keys, she also felt Daniel's hand again. They stated there for a moment as they had their hands touching. She took the keys and pulled her hand away and they both looked away from each other, nervously with awkwardness. "What are you doing here?" Lily asked. "I saw you dropped your keys, thought you might need some help." Daniel replied and she nodded. "I just dropped my keys, it's not hard to pick them back up. Girls, especially me, aren't as helpless as you make us seem." Lily stated. "That's not what I meant." Daniel stated and Lily nodded and rolled her eyes. "Sure, but it doesn't matter. I have to go." Lily stated and Daniel nodded. "Yeah, I guess I'll see you later." Daniel stated and Lily shrugged. "I guess." Lily agreed and unlocked her car. She opened the car door and was about it get in, when she looked over at Daniel, who was still standing there. He gave a half smile and waned and she sighed, but did the same. She got in and closed the door. Daniel walked away as Lily started the car and drive away. Daniel walked to his car and did the same, but he didn't know that Faith saw everything.
