Chapter 38: Sleeping Curse!

Real World!
    Lily was driving back to her loft and looked at the passengers side to see the plastic box with the apple turnover inside. She remembered what Madison said about the poison apple, but shook the thought away. Just as she thought about Madison, her phone rang. She hit accept and hit speaker to hear as she drove. "Hey, Mads." Lily greeted as she fixed her mirrors. "Hi, Lils." Madison greeted as Lily turned right. "What's up?" Lily asked. "You told everyone you're leaving but me?" Madison asked and Lily sighed. "I knew you would be the most upset, I was waiting until tonight or somethimg to tell you and break it down for you." Lily replied and she could hear Madison sigh through her phone. "Lily, you can't leave. I need you, we need you." Madison stated and Lily rolled her eyes. "I know you think I'm supposed to break this stupid curse." Lily stated. "That's not the only reason, even though it's a big and important reason. But you are also one of my best and closest friends, and we all care about you. We will miss you so much if you leave us." Madidon stated and Lily sighed as she turned intyo the parking lot of her loft. "I know, but we'll still visit. But I think this is best for everyone." Lily stated as she parked in her normal spot. She turned the car off, but stayed there. She put her phone off of speaker and put it up to her ear. "This was Ms. Gold's doing. Wasn't it?" Madison asked and Lily sighed. "She's right, Madison." Lily stated and Madison groaned. "I knew it!" Madison exclaimed. "Get over it, please. It's not a big deal." Lily stated. "Yes, it is, and i will prove it to you right whten I get there. Which will be soon, since I just got into my car and started driving." Madison explained and Lily sighed. "Yeah. Well, good luck." Lily stated and she hung up the phone.
      She grabbed the box and got out, closing the car for behind her. She hit the button on her car keys, and her car locked. She turned away from her car and rolled her eyes when she saw Daniel approaching her. "I heard you're leaving." Daniel stated and Lily nodded with a fake smile. "Yeah. But how?" Lily asked. "Alison told me. No offense, but she seemed kind of happy." Daniel replied and Lily laughed. "Yeah. I sometimes get that effect on people." Lily stated. "Not me." Daniel stated and Lily smiled a bit, making Daniel smile too. They got closer and looked each other in the eyes. "That's, um, that's sweet. I guess." Lily stated, at a lost for words. "Don't leave." Daniel stated. "What?" Lily asked. "Just that. Don't leave." Daniel replied. "W-what about Alison?" Lily asked. "I don't know. But I do know tbat for some odd reason, I care about you." Daniel stated and Lily let out a breathe she didn't know she was holding in. "I have to." Lily stated and Daniel nodded with a sigh as he backed away from her. "I see." Daniel stated and Lily nodded. "But I got a piece offering for you." Lily stated as she handed him the plastic box. She smiled as he accepted it. He opened it and smelled the delicious apple turnover. "Apple, I get a lot of apples. Since Ali loves it and all." Daniel stated as he closed it and she nodded. "Well, I hope you enjoy it." Lily stated and Daniel nodded. "I'm sure I will." Daniel stated and Lily nodded. Daniel opened it and decided to take a bite. He dropped the box, making Lily push her eyebrows together in confusion. Daniel didn't look like himself. He let the apple turnover drop, and fell. Lily screamed and went to him, trying to wake him up.

Flashback!
      Ms. Hearts went into her room and looked under her bed. She got a wooden box and pulled it out and smiled. She had a secret passage way in her room to lead her to that magic room of hers. She opened thte box and smiled as she looked st her mother's heart. It had some red and some black. She picked it up, and dropped the box on the floor. She had it. She had the last thing she needed. It can finally start.
       "We have to get there. Like, yesterday." Lizzie stated. Her heart was pounding really fast. She could barely even think. "There's no time." Cari stated. "Are you sure?" Dina asked and Cari nodded. "Yes, I calculated every angle of it, there's no possible way to get there in time." Cari replied and Lizzie sighed. "But this is Wonderland." Maddie stated with a grin and Alistair grinned too. "Which means." Alistair stated. "Nothing is impossible!" Maddie and Alistair exclaimed excitedly. "Yhryre feeling out again." Tony stated and Tammy nodded. "Yeah, I can see that." Tammy agreed and they both laughed at their friends. "I'll teleport us there." Kitty stated. "Good idea, let's go before it's too late." Marchness agreed. They all held hands and Kitty teleported them away.

Real World!
      Daniel was brought into the emergency room. Lily sighed as she paced in the waiting room. Her phone rang and she saw it was Rachel. It's about time, she called Rachel many times, and Alison too, but she hasn't called her back yet. "Hi, Rachel." Lily greeted as she tried to call down. "What's going on?" Rachel asked. "Long story, but Daniel is in the emergency room." Lily replied. "What? How did this happen?" Rachel asked. "Like I said, long story. Just call Alison and get down here." Lily replied and she hung up. She tried to calm down, because she wanted to scream. Lily finally sat down on a chair and put her head in her hands. "Lily!" Madison exclaimed as she ran up to her. Lily looked up and stood up to face her friend. "Madison." Lily stated as she moved her own hair out of her face. "What happened?" Madison asked. "Ms. Gold made me an apple turnover as a parting gift, but I gave it to Daniel and he took a bite before he- he just collapsed." Lily replied. "The poison. Ms. Gold used the poison apple for it and because of that.... Daniel is in a sleeping curse now. Only his true love can wake him with true loves kiss." Madison explained. "So, we need Alison." Lily stated. "No, we need you." Madison stated and Lily sighed and rolled her eyes. "Madison." Lily stated. "Wait.... Do you believe me?" Madison asked. Lily shrugged and let out a deep breathe. "I don't know. Maybe.... It seems to be the only explanation at this point." Lily replied and Madison grinned as she squealed in excitement. Rachel and Alison ran in and over to them. "Where is he?" Alison asked, worridly as tears fell down her face. "Down the hall and to the left. No one can go in right now." Lily replied and Alison brought het hand to her mouth to try and muffle her cry. Rachel hugged Alison and comforted her. Madison looked at Lily, and Lily sighed. She was starting to believe Madison about everything, but she's still not sure about being Daniel's true love.
