Chapter 1
Beyond's POV
Today was the first day of high school. I woke up, opened my blinds and went on my phone. The first thing I see was text messages from Roman. Roman is the sweetest man I've could imagine. I love him to death. We've started dating since 7th grade. I'm glad we both go to the same high school, Junior High in south Florida.I opened my closest and grabbed a pair of shorts, a tank top, and a mint green cardigan. I jumped in the shower and got ready for my day. Chloe, my best friend will be going to the same high school as me. I'm glad we both got in. If she didn't, I don't know what I would do with my life. She's the best friend I ever had.
After I got ready, it was time to go. I slipped my Doc. Martens on, and headed out the door, waiting for Roman to pick me up. We went to pick up Chloe and drove off to school.
Chloe's POV
I was really excited for high school, so I jumped out of bed, and went to the washroom. I showered, brushed my teeth, washed and face and did my hair. After that, I went into my closet and picked out an outfit to wear. High-waisted shorts, a crop top, and my black vans. I headed out the door and saw my best friend, Beyond and her boyfriend waiting for me to hop in the car and head off to school.
We finally reached our destination, high school. While I was walking in, I see Tayvion. The hottest guy I've known for years. It's not like I have a huge crush on him, I just think he's really cute. He's been my best guy-friend for years. Our parents has known each other since they were teenagers. Anyways, Beyond and I were heading to our period 1 class which was math and did what we were suppose to do.
Beyond's POV
Oh gosh, what a long day. High school is really stressful then I thought it would be. It was a really hot day in south Florida so Roman and I decided to go eat at a restaurant after school while Chloe went to Tayvion's house. Tayvion lived in a huge house. It was surrounded with beautiful palm trees and had a big pool in the backyard. Chloe was a lucky girl, she was allowed to go there because their parents know each other.
Nothing really exciting happened today expect for reuniting with some of my friends back in middle school. Roman dropped me off back home. Today was a great day to start high school.
