When Opposites Attract [On-GOING]

Dwight's POV

We're currently waiting here at the gate like what we had planned. I can see on my lateral view that Gwen and Rigiell are having fun time with each other. Gaya ng nakasanayan, inis na inis na si Gwen sa pang-aasar ni Rigiell. Habang si Rigiell, tuwang-tuwa pa sa pang-aasar niya kay Gwen. I smiled a bit because of their immaturity.

Binaling ko ang tingin ko sa daanan. I can see students going out of the campus. Like the usual, students who saw me are giggling. Some are saying hello. And as a humble man, I'm greeting them back.

Minutes have passed, and yet, Dane is still not here. I'm left here alone because my companions––––Rigiell and Gwen––––went to the school cafe. Since I'm reserving my stomach for the treat, I didn't mind joining them.

While looking at the pathway, someone caught my attention. A man that is normally walking but almighty. His left hand on the strap of his bag and his right hand on his pocket. His eyes focusing straight on the pathway. Wearing a black v-neck shirt, fitted pants, a plain black cap and a black leather boots. Wth! What's with the black color? He is really an attention catcher. Why? Because students that can see him, were amused. Not denying the fact, he is handsome. But, it seems like he doesn't care at all because he can't give atleast a glimpse to those students who are amused because of him.If there's one thing that I can notice in him, it's his eyes–––Cold and Emotionless.

Nagpatuloy lang siya sa paglalakad hanggang sa huminto siya sa motor niya. Even his vehicle is black. Mabilis siyang sumampa rito. Sinuot niya ang helmet niya at saka ini-start ang motor. Since my position is near the gate, I bet he will make his way near me. And I'm correct, he passed in front of me, but didn't lend his eyes on me. So arrogant.

"Huy." Nagulat ako sa biglang pagtapik sa'kin ni Dane. "Nageemo ka diyan."

"No, I'm not. May tinatanaw lang." Sagot ko.

"Wushuuuuu. At sino naman yun?" Gwen asked with a teasing tone.

"Yung sundo mo raw. Si kamatayan." Sabat ni Rigiell kaya naman, tumanggap siya ng hampas kay Gwen.

"You're so mean!"

"You're so mean." Panggagaya ni Rigiell.

"We better go, nagsisimula na naman ang sabong eh." Natatawang sabi ni Dane.

"I think so." Pagsang-ayon ko. "So let's just meet at the mall?"

Tumango sila bilang sagot at nagkakaniya na silang sakay. I make my way to my motor too. I wore my helmet and started the engine and make my way to the mall.

After a smooth travel, I arrived safely in the mall. Kahit malayo pa ay nakikita ko na sina Rigiell na kumakaway. I headed to their direction. Agad kong pinark ang motor ko. Hinubad ang helmet at isinabit sa manobela ng motor.

"Saan niyo gusto?" Tanong ko.

"Yung bagong open na restaurant nalang." Gwen suggested.
