⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Chloe, are you ready yet?" Nick shouted from downstairs. He glanced over to the clock and impatiently stamped his foot against the wooden floor of their living room. Nick had said that they would leave at 10 AM, not at eleven or later. "What takes you so long? Brynn, Zack, Lucas and Ricky are already here!" ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Upstairs, Chloe was checking out all the last bits of her luggage. She can't forget a thing. This week needs to be one of the most fun things she does this year, so it needs to be perfect. After checking if she had all her clothes, make-up and shoes with her, she closed her white suitcase with flamingo's and dragged it down. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"You could always help me carry these things," Chloe groaned, stumbling off the stairs with her way-too-heavy suitcase. "Nobody told you to bring your whole closet with you," Nick chuckled. "Ricky, wanna help a little bit?" Nick shouted. Chloe rolled her eyes and sighed, "why did you ask him to come?" Chloe muttered, "you could've easily brought Eldon or Emery." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Just stop complaining like an old lady and be happy that I took you and your friends on this trip because I could've indeed bring Emery and Eldon instead of you and Brynn." Nick said. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Chloe rolled her eyes once again, and right when she did so, Ricky walked inside. He had his sunglasses on, beige shorts and a white shirt with a V- neck. He looked damn good, but Chloe would be the last one to admit that. "Help needed?" Ricky asked, tugging his hands in the pockets of his shorts. Nick nodded his head towards Chloe's suitcase, and a small smirk appeared on Ricky's face as he approached the blonde. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Such a big suitcase for such a little girl" Ricky teased. "Such an ego for such a jerk" Chloe fired back. Ricky chuckled and took Chloe's suitcase, carrying outside, towards the mini-bus they've rented for the week. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Two weeks ago, Nick was watching some TV together with Chloe. They were watching the late night show, and at the end of the episode, they gave away six tickets to a beach house in Miami, next to a fair and close to some clubs. Miami by night, of course. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Nick wasn't going to call, but Chloe convinced him so that he would call eventually, and as by luck, Nick was the chosen caller of that night. He needed to answer a question and he answered correctly, so he won the six tickets. To thank his little sister, he promised her to take her with him, together with one friend of hers. So Chloe chose Brynn, her best friend, and Nick took three of his best friends with him as well; Zack, Lucas and of course... Ricky. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Chloe and Nick closed the front door behind them, their parents no where to be found. Chloe bit her lip and stared at the closed door, a small sigh escaping her lips. Nick wrapped his arm around her shoulder and pressed her against his body, striking her arm softly, "I wish I'd seen at least one of them before we went on a trip," Chloe muttered. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"I know..." Nick whispered at her, "but it's going to be fun, okay?" He asked, "don't worry about them, we'll call them if we arrive." He said. Chloe nodded her head and smiled a little, "you're right, it's going to be so much fun." She giggled. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Nick let go of her and smiled, throwing a wink at his sister. "Okay, we're all packed and ready to go!" Nick announced. All teens cheered and hopped into the mini- bus, with Nick at the steering wheel. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀There was place for the driver, next to the driver one seat; taken by Lucas, and then two times two seats in a row. So Zack sat down next to Brynn, of course. Everyone had stepped inside the vehicle but Chloe and Ricky, and when Ricky noticed that they were about to sit next to each other, a smirk appeared on his face again. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"My lady," Ricky grinned, sticking out his hand so that Chloe could take it and step inside of the mini bus. Chloe rolled her eyes and groaned over-dramatically loud. "Fuck my life," Chloe said, refusing to take his hand and climb into the vehicle herself. "Oh I'm happy to sit next to you too, blonde."
