⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Rivals! Garbage! That's what they are. The whole basketball team, with Hyland on top," Chloe said, imitating her brother's voice. Josh scratched the back of his head and stopped walking, causing Chloe to stop in her tracks as well. "Is that what you think about me too?" He asked. It's weird, because he knows that the football team and the basketball players hate each other, but hearing it out of Chloe's mouth, hurts a little bit. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Do you really think I would go on a date with someone I can't stand?" Chloe asked, raising an eyebrow. Josh smiled a little and pulled her closer, placing his hand gently on her hips, the other hand still laced with hers. "At least I hoped so," he whispered. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

"Josh I-" Chloe said, but Josh nodded slowly and stroke her cheek sotfly, "I know," he whispered, "too early," he said, "but just know that I'll wait and I really wish we can do this more often. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Thank you," she whispered. Josh let go of Chloe and in silence, they walked through the park, towards Chloe's front door. They stood on her porch and before Josh would go, he kissed her on the cheek softly. "See you on Monday?" He asked. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Chloe wanted to answer, but the front door got opened, with no- one else than Nick and Ricky standing in the doorway. "Nick," Josh said, a stiff nod towards Chloe's brother, "Ricky..." He said, doing the same. "Hyland." Nick and Ricky said in unison. "Chloe get inside," Nick said. Chloe rolled her eyes at her brother and waved goodbye at Josh, walking passed her brother by pushing him away, and Ricky followed her inside, while Nick stayed in the doorway. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Look, I really, really like your sister," Josh began, but Nick cut him off. "Then you better stop," he hisses. "She's not allowed to date anyone, especially not you, Hyland." Nick said, "if you touch her with one finger, then I swear that I'll find you." He threatened, "stay away from my sister." He said. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
