Powers- none but has an amazing hand for fixing and making things.

Personality- Dick is a hard working, shy, unsocial man. He can get very attached to his work. He is very odd character as his moods constantly change all the time. He can be extremely understanding at some times whereas at other times he'll be extremely demeaning, bossy and rude.
Likes- not being disturbed on big projects, people who can help him, quiet, steampunk clothes. He doesn't really have a favourite food but he prefers savory rather than sweet.
Back story- Dick's parents were murdered when he was 13 and left their workshop to him. He became obsessed with his projects. He doesn't get a lot of customers but when he does they are extremely large projects.
Scene 1- You were new in town and were just randomly wandering around in shops when you entered a steampunk shop and a young man shouted "one minute" a young man walked out of the back... You??
Scene 2- You had lived in town for a couple of years and knew about the steampunk shop down the road but didn't know who ran it. You entered a hard wear shop looking for a new hammer and then a man pushed in front in the que with a blow torch and a mask... You??
