Powers- none other than he can change into a kitten
Sexuality- he's far too young for that so no smut.
Personality- Jae doesn't cry often and when he does its because there's something wrong or he's upset at something you've done. He's generally a nice and caring kid but he tends to get too excited when playing and accidentally hurts people. He doesn't mean to and he won't realise when he does. He can only say the first three letters of a word leaving you a little clueless at times. He's an orphan to when he finds someone he likes he'll ask them somehow (find out) to be his mum or dad. He has a tendency to crawl of to places and be adventurous.
Likes- cuddles, his mommy/daddy, teddy (his little bear), his blanket, milk (you'll see why), playing, crawling, eating, adventuring and sleeping.
Backstory - Jae was kept (like most of my oc's) by scientists when he was one. He was given an injection to try and give him immortality however it didn't work making him stay a baby forever and his system not be able to handle a lot of food of any sort even baby food. He's gone through lots if families during his current 14 years of actual living. He hasn't found anyone yet he can call mommy or daddy but is very open, despite the past, to everyone.
