Chapter Thirteen

"Bianca wake up we have to get dinner started for Melanie and her son to come." Samuel knocked on Bianca's door.

Bianca jumped out of her sleep she forgot about the dinner. She looked to her right and Nate was sound asleep.

"Uh ok dad I'm just getting out the shower." Bianca said.

"Ok." Samuel said before walking away from her door.

Bianca hopped up fast and pushed nate out of her bed with the quickness.

"Ouch Bianca what was that for?" Nate asked as he got up.

"Shhh my dad is here you have to go." Bianca whispered.

"Oh oh duh ok." He whispered.

Bianca walked him to her balcony.

"Gimme a kiss." Nate demanded.

Bianca pecked his lips.

"I love-...be careful." Bianca said catching herself.

Nate looked at her and smiled before jumping off her balcony. Bianca smiled and went downstairs to help her father with dinner.

"So dad." Bianca said.

"Yes Bianca?" Samuel said.

"How long have you known Melanie?" Bianca asked.

"Uh for a few years but we were friends and then the feelings came in." He said.

"How do you know when your in love?" Bianca asked.

Samuel placed the knife down and looked at his daughter.

"Well honey I found out I was in love with your mother...when I couldn't stop thinking about her. She had an amazing smile man she always had my back no matter what it was. She didn't deserve to have cancer at all." Samuel said.

Bianca nodded agreeing and continued helping her father with dinner.

1 hour later.

"Ok dad I'm going to freshing up and I'll be down to set the table." Bianca said.

"Ok honey." Samuel said.

Bianca nodded and went upstairs and began getting dressed. She was a little nervous about meeting Melanie son, what if he didn't like her?

She sigh and began fixing her hair.

"Come on Bianca Melanie is on her way." Samuel said.

"Ok ok I'm coming." Bianca said smiling at herself.

She went downstairs and helped set up the table.

Ding dong

"I'll get it." Bianca said going to the door.

Once she opened the door she was meet with Brandon and Melanie.

"Brandon what are you doing here?It's not 8 o'clock yet." Bianca said.

"You two know each other?" Melanie asked.

"Uh yeah this is my bestfriend the one who's house I'm supposed to spend a night at tonight." Brandon said.

"Ohh." Melanie said.

"So this is your son?" Bianca asked letting them in.
