Chapter Twenty

"Are you nervous?" Bianca asked Nate.

"It's just a homecoming game." Nate said.

"But I know how much basketball means to you." Bianca said.

"Yeah I know." Nate said.

Today was homecoming day and the homecoming game so Nate was getting ready. He was so nervous because he would have to break the news to Bianca today.

"Come here." Bianca demanded.

Nate did as told, bianca wrapped her arms around his neck and pecked his lips.

"Stop being nervous everything is going to be fine you're going to take that dub...and we are going to go to homecoming." She said.

Nate sigh.

"Bianca I gotta tell you something." Nate said.

"Nope tell me after homecoming." She said.

"I will see you at five." Bianca said pecking his cheek and leaving.

Nate sigh, he was beyond nervous at this point his heart hurt in a few hours Bianca was going to hate him. He couldn't take that, he could take hate from anybody else but not Bianca.

He shook the thoughts from his head and began packing his gym bag.

Bianca's

"What to wear?" Bianca asked herself.

She was going to Nate's game but she was going to get her hair done before but she was trying to decide on what to wear. She just settled on something simple since and basic, she put her hair in a pony tail and was on her way out.

"Oh hey Bianca." Melanie said.

"Hey Melanie." Bianca said.

"Heading somewhere?" She asked.

"Oh yeah to get my hair done." Bianca said.

"Ohhh homecoming is today." Melanie said.

"Yeah but uh where's brandon?" Bianca asked.

"Oh he's with Jontavian." She said

"Oh um hey I was wondering would you like to help me get ready for homecoming..." Bianca asked

Bianca knew Melanie was going to be around for a while, and since her mother wasn't around aenymore, she might as well develope some type of relationship with Melanie.

"Of course have a nice hair appointment." Melanie said.

"Thanks." Bianca said closing the door.
