If Dean Winchester had a daughter, he'd be a young single parent at the age of 21. He wouldn't have known about his daughter until one day, faint crying could be heard from the other side of the motel room door. He wouldn't have believed that the baby girl bundled up in a purple and white blanket were his but he read the note that was stuck out of the diaper bag. The note was signed with his ex-girlfriend's name and he'd swore to himself that he'd never tell his daughter the real reason why her mother wasn't around.
He'd name her Kasia-Rai Mary Winchester because, of course, her mother hadn't named her. Dean wouldn't know the meaning or origin behind the name, just that it was different and he liked it. Dean was named after his grandmother, so his daughter's middle name would be the same as Dean's mother's name, Mary. He'd believe that Mary would have loved little Kasia-Rai with her button nose, freckles, and emerald green eyes.
Sam would be supportive and he'd help his brother out; Dean did practically raise Sammy so it was the least he could do for his older brother. The nights that Dean would wake with a crying Kasia-Rai, Sam would wake as well, helping to calm the cranky baby. Kasia-Rai would have Sam clutched to her right from the very beginning and he vowed to Dean to keep her safe if something ever happened to Dean; that would bring tears to Dean's eyes - he'd swear it was just dust in his eyes if you'd ask him.
The first time that Dean introduced his baby girl to John, well, John was more on the angry side because Dean had brought an innocent child into their world. Dean would have trouble getting his baby girl to stop crying and John would get frustrated, so, he'd take Kasia-Rai from his son's arms and rock her a little, humming lowly. She'd stop crying and stare intently at John; her head would tilt slightly and she'd coo, breaking out into a gummy smile. That's when John would have fallen in love all over again and he'd know that his granddaughter had him wrapped around her chubby little finger. That night, John would go out and buy everything that Dean would need to care for his child.
Her first road trip would be to Bobby's place where he'd be confused at first but quickly congratulate Dean and then take the baby girl into his arms. He'd swat Dean's protective hands away from him and speak with a gruff voice, "Hey little lady, I'm your Grandpa Bobby."
He'd tell his boys to go get some shut eye and that he'll take care of his girl for a few hours. Bobby would take her outside and point at all the cars, "You can fix up whatever car you want. Of course I'll help my little lady and teach her a few things," he'd say with a soft kiss pressed to her forehead before returning inside.
