Mikan Route Part 3 - The Real Reason Pt.1

I slowly woke I tried to move but couldn't, I looked to my side to see Mikan, without me knowing it I had a small smile on my face, I kissed her forehead and slipped out of her grip slowly to make sure I didn't wake her up, I changed into my uniform and headed for the kitchen to make breakfast, started to make two plates of bacon and eggs  after, as I was finishing the last plate Mikan came out of my bedroom
Mikan : Good Morning
Y/n : Good Morning Mikan
Mikan : Are you going to school today?
Y/n : Yeah, today is Saturday so we get out of class early
Mikan : Okay
Y/n : I've noticed you don't stutter that much around me as much
Mikan : I've been practicing in a mirror
Y/n : I see
I looked out a window of my house, I started to think of everything that had happened yesterday, it reminded me that murders occur every day for different reasons, revenge, jealousy, mental sickness etc, which is why I decided to uncover the truth, after school I'm going to the police station
Mikan : Y/n are you all right you seem pretty out of it
Y/n : Yeah I'm fine it's just I've decided
Mikan : You've decided you'll dump me?!?
Y/n : What? No. I've decided I'm going to the police station and try to figure out the reason of my parents death
Mikan : But won't that just bring bad memories back?
Y/n : Can't really say...but I need to know, for my sake
Mikan had a really worried face and looked like she was about to break into tears
Y/n : You don't have to worry I'll be just fine
Mikan : If you say so, b-but just don't over do it okay?
Y/n : Right
We ate our food and headed for school, once there we entered our class and almost everyone was there waiting for our arrival looking straight at me
Y/n : What?
Everyone : ITS TRUE!!!
Y/n : What's true?
Everyone pointed at Mikan
Y/n : Oh, yeah
"Guess Mikan tried to tell them but they just didn't want to believe her"
Y/n : We're dating
After I said that I sat down on my seat and stare out the window
Kazuichi : When i said what ever your decision i didn't expect that man
Y/n : You disappointed?
Kazuichi : No, now I can try to get Jane
Kazuichi was practically drooling, ignoring the comment he had just said I returned my attention to the window "Just gotta  get this school day through and I should be fine" after that Miss Yukizome entered the room and I paid attention I absorbed what I could in my mind, the day went by kinda fast or maybe that was because I was spacing out a lot. I immediately packed and basically ran out there and went straight for the political station, upon my arrival I was greeted by a police lady on the desk
Desk Lady : Welcome Y/n do you need something?
Y/n : I would like to see the chief
Desk lady : I'll ask him if he's available
She called some one and after a while she hanged up and awnserd me
Desk Lady : He said that he's okay with it as long as you make it quick now follow me
She led the way and I followed behind her until she said the desk lady stopped and knocked on a door
??? : Come in
The desk lady entered and yet again I followed behind her
Desk lady : Here he is now I'll be taken my leave
She left close in the door behind her
Police Chief : What is it Y/n?
Y/n : I need to know the truth...about the death of my parents? Did you ever find the culprit?
Police Chief : What would you even do if you ever found who killed them? Revenge?
Y/n : Of course not I want to hear their reason of killing them, to know the truth
The chief just looked at me for a while before saying
Police Chief : I can grant you permission for a interrogation, but of course I'll give a little amount of time
Y/n : Right!
The chief clicked a red button and somebody came in the room
??? : Yes sir?
Police Chief : Please guide Y/n here to the visitors room and bring him 208
??? : yes sir
And for the second time I followed someone to the visitors room and waited for the person from cell 208  shortly after the person arrived to my surprise it turned out her was old enough to be my grandpa he had white hair and a bald spot in the middle of his head "Its time and place where the truth begins"
