All of the time
Used up to gain strength
Made a space for new terrain
Keeping up a proper appearance
The person begins to wonder
And figure out the reason why
Things are different now
And they don't know what to say
True feelings hide
And they admire the person from afar
Not saying anything
Keeping their true mind hidden
The last days to see each other
Some of the time dwindles
Not holding all the minutes
It moves ever so fast
The person they seek
They have been hurt
They have been unloved
How would they fix it all
Looking at all the odds
Something is evident
They honestly want to care
And feel something for the person
They find you in an obvious place
Ask to speak to you, privately
You think about it
You agree to the meeting
You exhale so you could be ready
You sit down to take in the information
Then a bombshell drops
They tell the truth about their feelings
When you find out
It shocks you and you accept the invitation
To take their feelings and be with them.
