"Something to drink, sire?" asked the butler, Brown.
"No Thomas! I am sick of exotic food and wine and chocolate! I want to travel! Alone, in a world where no one judges me and I can meet a girl, settle down and have children and grow old! I wish to be out of the public eye. Right out. Forever and ever."
The Prince didn't mean to hurt the butler's feelings, and the butler took it light heartedly. But most important was the message the Prince was trying to get across. He was forever and always a prince, and he could never change that, but for once, and just once, he only wanted to be Harry. Just Harry.
The butler seemed to understand, though, he himself had never been in the public eye like this biy had. At such a young age of 20, there wasn't much he could do about it. Whenever he went out, he was photoshopped with a girl, or rumored about, and he was sick of it. He just wished his parents could be there to support him. But they weren't, so it never mattered.
The prince was practically raised by the butler and numerous nannys, but one in particular stood out. Mrs Green, who still worked at the palace to this day, had looked after the child most, in his needed times, and raised him to be a selfless, modest, kind gentleman, the one he is today. And Harry was very thankful of Mrs Green.
So Harry had been raised in a wealthy palace, always in the public eye, dreaming to be himself. Meanwhile, on the other side of town...
There sat Mari, oin her bedroom, dreaming to be anything but herself. Oh how she would dream to be well liked and wealthy. Though she certainly wasn't keen of the public eye, she may be if she liked herself more.
