chapter 1

Alexandra POV

I have been in the hospital for 3 days now and my mom or dad haven't come to see me yet and i'm sad because i really miss them. i have been crying myself to sleep every night and the only people i see are the nurse and doctor. just as i was waking up a tall lady with brown hair and glasses comes in and tell me

"hi my name is Mandy and i am here to talk to you about your parents"

"okay" i say

"well do you remember you were in a car crash?" she asks

"yes" i answer

"Well i'm sorry to say but your parents didn't make it" she said

"What do you mean they didn't make it?"

"Well they died as soon as the other car crashed into you. They weren't wearing seat belts and right through the windshield and died"

i start crying and she tries to hold me but i push her away and yell

"don't touch me!!"

she leaves me alone and i cry for what feels like hours but was just an hour then the lady comes back and says

"i'm sorry but you need to come with me i'm taking you to an orphanage until we can find you some family to go live with"

"why i'm good here"

"well this is a hospital and you cant be here anymore because you aren't sick anymore come along"

she pulls me out of the bed and change me into a pair of panties oants and t-shirt and takes my hand and brings me to a car. she tries to put me in the back seat but i refuse to get in.

"i'm not getting in i'd rather walk"

"well hon its too far so just get in."

"NOO"

i'm too scared to get in what if we crash again and i die

"honey were safe come on"

i shake my head no and she pushes me in the car gently and buckles me in and drive to a big building. we get out and go in and she brings me to a room with 4 bunk beds and looks at me and tells me.

"i will be right downstairs. i will see you at dinner Alex"

"i'm not hungry"

"well you will have to eat something"

i just go on the bed i was assigned to and cry my eyes out until someone taps my arm i look up to see a tall girl with blonde hair smiling at me

"hello my name is Ellis whats your name?" she asks

i don't answer then she leaves after a while of crying i fall asleep. i feel someone waking me up.

"what!"

"its dinner time Alex and id watch the tone if i were you" Mandy said

"whatever your nit my mom i can do what the hell i want"

i feel a stinging sensation on my backside i rub it

"what did you do" i yell 

i feel it again and i realized she swat me

"oww"

"now, come along its dinner time Alex"

i follow her and sit down but i barely eat anything then we all go to a room with a tv and games and some girls come to me and ask if i want to play but i dont even bother to answer them then Mandy comes up to me and takes my hand and brings me to a private room and sits me down

"Alex, i know you are upset but you were being rude by not answering the kids in there. now, will you be good and not disrespectful or i can send you to bed early"

i don't answer her but cross my arms and pout then she says

"okay have it your way you will be going to bed early with a hot bottom"

"but- but its only 7:30 its too early to go to bed" i whine

she grabs my arm but i say

"okay okay ill go play with the other kids"

"no its too late Alex you had that chance"

she takes me to my room and undresses me and gives me new underwear and a white nightie. i put them on and go to get into bed but she stops me

"Alex we have something else to talk about"

"okay"

she sits on my bed with me

"we found you have an uncle and an aunt and tomorrow we are going to call them and if they agree you will be going to live with them. they live close by so you will probably meet them tomorrow okay?"

i nod and get into bed but she pulls me out and puts me over her knee and starts smacking my bum

SMACK SMACK "owwwwww" SMACK SMACK SMACK SMACK SMACK "okay im sorry"

She lets me up and I rub my bum to take the sting away and I get into bed and go to sleep rubbing my bottom and thinking about tomorrow.
