chapter 4

uncle bob POV

its been a few days since i had to last punish Alex she is not doing so well though. all she does is stay in her room and stare out the window and cry, she really misses her parents. today is the last day of school and we are having a pool party with our close friends and their 3 kids 2 sons and 1 daughter. we are having a BBQ. i hope i can get Alex out of her room she hasn't left only for meals and i'm getting really worried. its now after school and the girls are in the pool swimming.  Alex is in her room staring out the window (her window is in the back and she can see the back yard from her room). i go up to her room

"alex come now get dressed you have to come outside now the party will be starting soon"

"i dont feel like it uncle bob"

"i didnt ask you i told you"

i go to her drawers and get her some pink shorts and a t-shirt and her swimming suit in case she cants to swim

"here put these on"

"why do i have to come down nobody likes me down there i just want my mommy" she cries 

i go to her and sit with her in the window seat

"i know sweetie, you know you mom was my sister and i miss her very much"

she looks at me

"she was?"

"yes sweetie she was and she was my only sister and i miss her so much"

"but how come i never met you before then?"

"i dont know sweetie she never brought you to meet me"

"oh uncle why am i so bad"

"sweetie you not bad. why do you say that?"

"you had to spank me because i was bad" 

"no your actions were naughty but your not naughty"

"oh okay uncle bob"

she hugs me for a while then i say

"come now we need you to get dressed and downstairs"

"nobody likes me" she whines

"yes they do now come on get dressed we have company coming over i want you donw there in 5 minutes. if i have to come up and get you you will be in trouble"

she nods then comes down 4 minutes later dressed

"hi Alex so glad you are joining us today" Melissa tells her

"okay" she says

Alexandra POV

we are having a pool party today. i don't even want to be here  want to go back to my room and be alone. i like to be alone because that's when i can talk to my mom, she never answers but i know she hears me. we also have company coming. my uncle comes to me and says

"alex the company is here come and meet them"

i follow him to the living room where there are 5 people i don't know

"Alex these are our friends ray and his wife Sofia and their children max he is 11 Aaron he is 13 and their daughter Mia she is 8"

"alright kiddos come on the girl are already in the pool"
