Together Once Again

Chapter 4

Jimin held you close and rubbed your back as you cried a little.

You then pulled away and looked at him.
"You havent changed a bit." You teased him and took the flowers
"Still as cheesy as always." You said and smelled the flowers smiling.

Jimin laughed awkwardly and scratched the back of this neck.

Why do I feel so awkward when y/n acts as if I've been gone a day..
Jimin said to himself

She's so much more grown.. She much taller and thinner now. Not that was a problem or anything but purpety did her good.

He then snapped out of though as Y/N' s mom walks over to greet him and his parents.

Jimin bowed and smiled. "Hello Mrs and Mr. Y/LN"

They all had small talk and then Jimin sat next to you.

"So 10 years later and I haven't changed?" He said and raised an eyebrow

You looked at him and fluffed his hair.
"Nope I don't think so. Still the same caring mochi I meet 10
years ago"
You said and squished his cheeks before standing.
"Let's go to my room and catch up for what we all missed?"
You offered extending a hand out.

Jimin looked at your hand and then nodded smiling. He stood and nodded before taking your hand and you began to drag him up the stairs.

You jumped on your bed and then patted the spot next to you.

Jimin smiled and sat next to you. He looked around your room.
"Hm it's no longer pink." He said referring to your old wallpaper choice.

You laid back again your bed. "Well I'm now 17 so a bright pink room wouldn't be appropriate you think?" You said and looked around your room.

He laughed softly. "That is true." He said and then followed your move laying down.

He turned his head and looked into your eyes.
"So I'd expect you have a boyfriend now?" He asked and flashed a smile.

You looked into his sweet brown eyes and got lost.
This boy... he's so handsome.
You began to day dream and snapped out of it as he spoke.

You laughed and shook your head looking about.
"I've had a few but they're all jerks."
You said and sighed thinking about all the horrible dates you've been on.

You never really had a good experience with dating.

Jimin nodded and looked up at the ceiling. "I understand. Most guys don't know how to treat a girl." He said and his eyes trailed off to a picture of you two as kids.
You were on Jimins back and smiling brightly as you both did peace signs.

He jumped up and grabbed the picture.
"You still have this?!?" He asked excitedly his eyes flashed of happiness.

You sat up and saw the picture he was holding and smiled.
"Of course I do why would I throw out such a cute photo?" You asked and scooted closer.

"Look." He said and pulled out his phone.
His wallpaper was the exact picture.

Your heart fluttered.
Did he really miss me that much?

"I always keep it. Even though I began losing hope of seeing you again I kept the only thing I had of you." He said and smiled softly at you.

You felt butterflies in your stomach. You hugged him and sighed. "See. The same caring mochi I meet." You said and smiled.

Jimin looked at you and brushed your hair behind your ear.
"I'm glad I'm with you again." He said softly.

His touch lingered on your skin.
Why do I feel this way? He's just being nice y/n snap out of it
You told yourself and pulled away.

"Anyways! Tell me about America. Did you have a girlfriend? Are you fluent in English?" You began to bombard him with questions.

He laughed "Woah woah slow down so I have a chance to answer!" He said and put a finger over your lips.

"Okay so ... let me just show you." He said and pulled out his phone.

He began to show you videos and pictures of him and his American friends.
Most of them were cheesy photos and videos of them messing around.

Jimin's eyes light up as he talked about his experience in America.

You couldnt help but smile.
Seeing Jimin happy was the best thing ever for you.

His smile then faded as he stopped at a picture of him and a beatuiful girl holding hands.

"Ah.. um that's nothing." He said and began to scroll past the picture.

"Jimin. You have a girlfriend?" You asked and looked at him.
You felt this fiery pit in your stomach. You felt.. jealous. Why?

"Had... had a girlfriend. " Jimin said sadly and let out a dreamy sigh.

"Her name was.."
