I woke up next to a sleeping Felix. His lips are lightly parted and his hair is messily in his face. He is so handsome I swear I fall in live with him everyday.
He starts stirring awake. His eyes gently flutter open looking at me and he gives me a sleepy smile.
"Good morning beautiful" his voice raspy and tired
"Good morning handsome" I smile back and small but genuine smile.
"How long have you been up?" He chuckles
"Not long... Now get up I'm making breakfast" I say while getting up and shaking my head.
I start walling down stairs when the door bell rings. I walk towards the door and open it. Standing outside the door way is... My mother.
"What are you doing here" I spat at her.
She looks at me with saddened eyes. I notice a little girl around the age 8 or 9. She looks like me very much.
"Brianna meet your little sister Gabriela." I nod and mention for them to come in.
Felix comes down the stairs and his eyes widened. He clears his throat.
"So why are you here" I ask impatient
She tells gadriela to go play.
She runs off and my mom looks at me and Felix.
"I can't keel gabby....and I can't just put her up for adoption.. " I cut her off.
"Wait why can't you keep her" she sighs
"I'm dying" I gasp a tear slides down my cheek.
"W-what do you mean your d-dying"
"I have stage 4 chronic cancer in my gallbladder" she looks at me dead in the eyes.
I feel as if my whole world just died.
My body goes numb. I can't hear or feel anything. My vision gets blurry. I've lost my father because of my mother who is now dying. The mother that pushed me out of the house at age 16 is dying.
She had hurt me so much but I still loved her so much. She dying and I can't do anything about it.
"So please take your sister" I nod my head.
"Of course." I choke out
"Here are her medical records and both certificate and everything you'll need for her... And Brianna please take care of her" and with that she got up and left.
She just walked out if the door nothing else said. I turn to Felix.
He sighs
"Gabriela" I say she walks in. Her head down and her slowly walking towards me.
"Yes" I raise her head up she's been crying.
I bring her into a hug and she hugs back immediately.
She crys into my chest. I pull away and look at her taking in her features.
She has long light brown hair with the prettiest blue eyes. He eyelashes are really long and she's tiny like I was. He body shape is exactly like mine. And her facial features example around mine as well.
She is certainly beautiful and extremely gorgeous.
"How about we um get some breakfast" she nods and I stand up grabbing her little hand in mine with her trailing behind me.
After I made pancakes we sat down and ate. Gabby just kinda sat nervously.
"So gabby you wanna tell us a little about yourself" she looked up at me and I smiled she smiled back.
"Um. Well my middle name is bri... And I like to listen to music and dance"
Her middle name is my nickname. Wow.
"Gabriela bri" I smiled at her. "Do you know my name?" She shook her head
"Brianna Ella" she smiled
"I was named after you!" She giggled Felix chuckles beside me.
She looks at Felix. "Who is he" I look at Felix.
"This is my husband Felix" her mouth made a o shape.
"You are handsome fe" she giggled
"Thank you miss. Gabriela" he chuckled
I laughed. "Zirah and Blake are gonna like you" I say to her
"Who is zirah and Blake" she asked me
"They are your niece and nephew" she nodded.
After we was done we went to watch a movie because we leave tomorrow to go back home sad yes I know only spent two days here.
I really don't want to go back home but it's time to be the mother I am and get back home to my wonderful twins. I miss them so much.
After the movie we head to bed I tuck in gabby and head to bed myself..
"So we have a thrid child" I giggle at Felix.
"I guess so but we have to get her enrolled into school and stuff we also need to go buy her clothes as well she has nothing with her"
"We will take care of that when we get back home for now let's go to sleep and then head home to see our beautiful kids" with that he kisses my head and snuggles up to me and we fall peacefully asleep.
