Lucy and Michael have been best friends since they were in diapers. After the premiere of the newest Marvel movie, Micheal finally realizes he has to tell his best friend and the girl he's been in love with for years what he's been fighting his entire life.
He's a superhero. Born and raised in a foster home full of them, it's all Mike has ever known. What he doesn't expect is for Lucy to accept it without much of a problem.
Well, except for the fact that she wants to be his trusty sidekick.
When things in town start to spiral out of control, Mike realizes that everything seems to lead back to Lucy. And he must decide whether being the real hero is protecting the city from the girl he loves, or risking his life and pretending to be the villain himself.
