"Locki? Locki!" I hear my mother shout. I yawn, and stretch, before tumbling out of bed and almost tripping over Eevee.
"Eevee please stop sleeping on the floor. I've told you, you can sleep on my bed." I say, smiling.
I walk over to my mirror, and begin to brush my long, blue hair. It's a kind of dark blue, not black but almost there. I run downstairs and skid to halt in front of mother."Yes, mother?" I question.
My mother is fairly posh and doesn't agree of keeping Pokémon, as they're 'dirty' and 'common'. Both me and my sister don't agree, but we're forced to be polite and posh.
"Locki, would you be ever so kind, and fetch me a dozen apples from the village downstream? I am having work friends over, and I wish to make an apple pie. Thankyou dear."
I sigh, and head upstairs. I brush my teeth, and head into my room. I choose a dark blue skirt with a white tank top, and I pull on black hi-tops, over my black tights. I run to the bathroom, and tie my blue hair up into a ponytail. I apply a small amount of mascara to my lashes, giving my eyes a darker and sinister look. I run back into my room and grab Eevee's Pokéball, but I don't put her in it. Instead I carry her, allowing her to see what it's like past the mountain we live upon. I grab my bag, and pack the things I'll need. You see, I'm not going down to the village for apples. I'm not going to return home. I'm going on my journey. My mother never allowed me to, but this time, I don't care. My thoughts are interrupted by my sister, Pennie, coming into my room. She sighs as I turn around."Locki, I knew you'd do this someday. Being your older sister, I'd like to come with you. When you were growing up, I realised you'd soon rebel against mother."
Before I can open my mouth to speak, she's gone. I follow after her, into her room. It's a pale blue colour with white furniture. She opens a drawer, and pulls out 4 shiny, red Pokéballs. She hands me one, and hands me a black belt to hold my Pokéballs. I slip it on around my waist; it fits perfectly.
I clip Eevee's Pokéball, and the other one to the belt, and head off to grab my bag. Me and Pennie head to the front door, and call a quick goodbye to mother. We then head down the mountain, every so often we see wild Pokémon, but they ignore us. We're soon in the village. We buy Pokéballs and potions, and some mail to send home. We're about to leave the village, which has a population of about 8, when someone calls out to us. We whip around, and almost feint at the sight. Standing in front of us, is a young boy, the same age as me, with the same gold eyes as me. I gulp, and suddenly I know everything. I know this boy's name, and I remember the first four years of my life. I remember playing with a boy who was my brother, and Pennie. I remember him getting taken away from me when I was in the forest, looking for wild Pokémon. I remember dad, and the way he'd shake his head when I mentioned my brother. I remember when he had to leave. I also remember the jail cell where, as a four year old, I had my memory wiped.
