Golden journey.

I sat in the middle of the room, with my bag and that one, unique Pokéball. A sudden thought occurred; there was a Pokéball, the GS ball, that was gold as well. I inspected the Pokéball, expecting to find a sign, anything to tell me what this Pokéball was really about. I sighed, and flopped down on the floor, the Pokéball rolling out of my hand and underneath the bed. Letting out a frustrated groan, I crawled onto my knees and felt underneath the bed for the sphere. My hand brushed against something round, but dusty. I pulled it out, and my jaw dropped. In front of me, in my very hand, lay a Cherish Ball. With wide eyes, I inspected the smooth, completely red ball with a black seal. I blew on it, and sadly choked on the dust. Just my luck. Rolling my eyes, I dropped the ball into my bag. I didn't know much about these Cherish Balls, as they're given out at Pokémon events in different centres. I remember, there was a tv advert on these balls, because an event was being held in a town near me. I remember hearing that these balls, held extremely strong capture powers. It wasn't exactly a Master Ball, but they were... How could you describe something like that? These balls were almost certainly going to catch a Pokémon. They're mostly used for legendaries, or the rare shiny Pokémon, or so I heard. If they was that rare, why on earth was one underneath a bed?! Letting out a frustrated sigh, I dig around a bit, only to find dust, dirt and something which I believe was an empty tin of Pokéfood. I struggled up to my feet, and nearly collapsed. The blood ran to my feet, stopping the annoying pins and needles which decided to corrupt my poor feet. I circled round the bed, to find the gold Pokéball had actually rolled straight underneath the bed and was against the wall. Typical. I grabbed it, and inspected it. It was pure gold. Not the simple white and red with the black band, it was pure gold. I sighed, and shoved it in my bag, waiting for it to become useful.

An hour later, nor Pennie or Gold had came into the room, so I decided to take things into my own hands, and look for them. I wanted to start my journey! I brushed my hair so I didn't look like I had been dragged out of brambles, and grabbed my bag. I rushed out of the door, only to be met by a strange boy with a long black fringe, wearing a yellow and black plaid, with some black skinnies. In a flurry of black, blue and yellow, we were both sprawled on the floor of the hallway in the Pokémon centre. I rubbed my head, dizziness crashing over me. However, before I could black out, this boy was shaking me, apparently not allowing me to black out. With a strangled noise, I sat up, and the boys dark green eyes filled with relief.

"Hey... you okay?" He asked, his accent making me melt. I simply nodded; he was gorgeous.

"I'm Forrest. And you?" he questioned, a cute, welcoming look on his tanned, chiseled face.

"L- Locki. I'm Locki." I say, the words struggling to come out. He simply nodded, and his hand reached out for mine. A blush decided to crawl up into my face, as I took his hand, standing up. As we headed out, I saw a strange gold sphere up ahead. Realising what it was, I went to grab it, but was stopped by a furious Pennie, who had grabbed the ball before me.

"Explain." She said, her voice cold and dark.

"Shit, I-" I couldn't finish my words. I stepped back, and felt a shock of electricity rushing through me, as Forrest grabbed my hand. Before I knew it, he rushed forward, grabbed the ball, and was running to the exit. I could only run as I heard Pennie and Gold running towards me.

Ooo! So what do you think of Forrest?
