"SURPRISE!!!!!!"  Everyone yelled when the lights turn on

Which Wally looked at them with wide eyes

"OH MY GOD" Wally yelled shocked

"Did I finally get ya, yes" Dick said

"I forgot it was birthday today, GOD NEVER DO THAT AGAIN" Wally said which made everyone laugh

"Why don't you two go get dried off then the party can begin" Barry said

The teens went up stairs into Dick's room where on the bed was clothes for the both of them

"You knew about the weather" Wally asked

"Yes and Roy said you liked standing in the rain" He replied

"You little brat"

"Okay, i'l go get change in the bathroom down the hall and you can get change here, see you down stairs birthday boy"

Wally got change in jeans and a red shirt with long sleeves and looked in the mirror but when he did he didn't see the broken, mislead child he saw the happy, full of life kid with the biggest smile which made him start to cry he sat back down on the bed with his head in his hands

"Kiddo you in here?" Barry asked before opening the door and quickly ran up and sat next to his nephew

"Hey kiddo, what's wrong?"

"I'm......happy"

"What's so wrong with that?" His uncle asked unsure of what was happening

"No.....no I'm happy I didn't know until I looked in mirror which is were I usually see myself as broken but I didn't see that this time i didn't see the rage filled, empty kid......"

"If your happy why are you crying"

"Their happy tears"

"Ohh kid" Barry said before hugging him

"Okay kiddo, wipe those tears there are people who love you down stairs waiting to celebrate the day you were born" Barry said letting go and trying to wipe the tears of his nephew freckled face

"Okay Barry stop" Wally spoke wiping his face with his sleeves

"Let's go" uncle B said pulling Wally off the bed

They both went downstairs into the hall and were greeted by the team, some of the league and the rest of Wally's extended flash family

"Okay Wally it is your sixteenth birthday so we decided to make it big and loud" Robin said with jazz hands and walked towards a door

Which open up to reveal the ball room but decked out with red and yellow balloons along with flashing lights. On one side of the room was a table full of food on the other side was two couches with a dance floor in the middle of the room.

"You guys did all this?" Wally asked in disbelief

"It was all Robins idea he plan the whole thing" kaldur said

"He wouldn't stop yelling at us" Conner said with his arms cross trying to act tough but his smile gave it away

"Thanks you guys" Wally said

"To the dance floor" Megan screamed dragging Conner along to come dance

Barry grabbed iris, mr and mrs Garrick (Wally's honouree grandparents) got on the dance floor, black canary and green arrow joined as well they all slowed dance in each other arms

Leaving Wally, Robin, Roy, kaldur, Artemis, Zatanna (finally wrote her in) and batman or Bruce who wasn't much of a dancer. Wally look nervously towards Robin but he toke a deep breath
