Third Person Point of View

Justin stomped through the woods, kicking shrubs with his worn out boots as he frantically searched his pockets. He needed some sort of release from all the stress. He couldn't remember being this angry at someone before and the perfect solution right now was to have a smoke. He could get away with it too. Easy. He had no doubt in his mind that Candice would have a 'get out of jail free' card as long as he worked something out with her. She'd come crawling back, as always.

"Fuck," He muttered, slamming his shoulder against a large tree trunk.

Who the hell runs into a tree?

Rolling his eyes, he began to tread along, in search of Madeline. He obviously wasn't going to ask Candice for sex, and Madeline was his next best option. That is... until he heard a voice. Two voices.

"Wait up, Joey!" Justin jumped behind the tree that most likely have given him a light bruise, and watched as they walked along the path. He saw Joanna walking fast pace, maybe fifteen feet away from him, leaving Josh behind her. Justin sniggered at the sight of the little punk scampering behind like a lost puppy. He couldn't help but notice the pants she changed into. They were light wash jeans, which were a bit loose on her.

I wonder what she would look like with tighter jeans on...

He squeezed his eyes shut, shaking his head. Oh no, gross, she's a child for god sake! Peeking open his eyes, he continued to watch them. She sure didn't look like a child. She looked her age... maybe a bit older but the lack of makeup and stylish clothes wasn't helping.

"Good thing Bieber and Candice were gone, huh?" Josh said, walking behind her as she bent over, looking for something on the ground. She looked annoyed as ever. She was facing Justin but was so determined on finding whatever she lost that she didn't have the slightest clue that he was only feet away. Josh didn't notice either since he was staring at Joanna as she was bent over. "If not we wouldn't have paired up."

Justin spotted Joanna roll her eyes, pretending to be somewhat delighted as she agreed with him. Standing up, she began to walk back, retracing her steps as Josh continued to talk.

Justin felt like somewhat of a creep for spying on the two, but he couldn't help it. She was interesting and Justin was curious. Even as a small child, he'd find himself looking into things that weren't any of his business. It was his curiosity that had gotten him into trouble many times.

"Josh, could we please not bring that up?" She asked, looking at Josh. He shrugged.

"Well, I'm just saying! I mean, I was going to bring you a napkin until Bieber decided to." He muttered with his hands in his pockets. He looked down and kicked a rock out from the dirt. Justin let a sly smirk spread across his face.

Seems like someone's jealous...

A look of sympathy came on her face and Justin frowned. No! Don't feel bad for him just because he's bitching that I got there faster.

"Why does it matter so much?" Joanna asked, looking down at the piece of paper she held in her hands. "I mean, Justin's a nice guy so what's the big deal?"

Justin smiled a little, feeling accomplished. I guess unknowingly working to be a nicer guy paid off. This girl was probably the most innocent out there, and if she considered me nice then that's saying something.

"Joanna, you don't know him though," Josh pushed on, stepping closer to her.

"And I don't know you either," she replied, trying her best to be as polite as possible. Who knew? Maybe Josh was looking out for her. But there wasn't any way to tell, so she couldn't trust him one hundred percent.
