Chapter 7: Dinner and Packing.

"Wait, what?!" Chris exclaimed.

"You heard right!" Vivian said with a laugh.

"So not only are you dating one of my favourite youtubers, you're now living with him?" Chris asked.

"That sums it up pretty well." Jordan said.

"Well, I'm going to go and spend some time with the fam. I'll see you guys tomorrow right?" Vivian said standing up from the couch.

"Yeah, we can have dinner here tomorrow right?" I asked my mom.

"Sure. I'll make something good." She replied.

"Everything you make is good Mrs.Neri. Especially your pasta." Vivian said.

"Thank you Vivian." My mother replied. Vivian left and Christopher, Jordan and I went down to the basement to play some video games. Not to our surprise Jordan and I beat Christopher more times than he had beaten us. Which lead him to rage. I wish we had recorded it, it would have been perfect to put on the channels! It eventually grew dark and Jordan and I headed back to the hotel. Once we got into our room I flopped onto the bed and sighed.

"Could you put the vlog so it renders for me?" I said to Jordan.

"Sure, it's nice to wind down once in a while isn't it?" He asked.

"Yeah. This place really does help."

"So Christmas is coming up soon isn't it?"

"Yeah it is. I was thinking of doing a twenty four hour livestream on Christmas Eve. Want to join me for it?" I asked.

"Sure. Maybe Vivian will join."

"I asked her already and she said yes."

"So what's in store for the stream?" He asked sitting down beside me on the bed.

"Costumes, Q&A's, games, stuff like that. All leading up to Christmas morning."

"That'll be fun." He said tucking a piece of hair behind my ear. "Well the day's getting late, and I don't want to leave a bad impression on your family, so I think we should head to bed."

"Yeah, that is probably a good idea."

The Next Day...

"No Dad, I don't want them there. This is the first time we get to spend together in a while, plus I don't want them to ruin things." I said to my dad over the phone.

"How are they going to ruin things?"

"Remember last time? Alex was practically begging me to leave."

"Fine, but don't think they'll take this lightly."

"You don't do anything as well. You have no idea what we have been through together." I warned.

"I get the point. See you in a bit." He said. I hung up and shoved my phone back into my pocket.

"Is everything alright?" Jordan asked, peaking his head around the corner. He had just finished getting changed in the bathroom, we were about to head to my house when my dad called.

"Yeah. My dad is just being a pain. Nothing new." I said with a small smile.

"So do I look okay?" Jordan asked. I walked towards him, he was wearing some black jeans, a red shirt and a black vest.  I ruffled his hair and he smiled.

"There. That looks good."

"Thanks, you look cute too." He answered. I was wearing a pair of black jeans and a silver sweater.
