Oh sing to me,
of stars sing,
praise the earth,
praise the sky,
sing.
Your voices,
would move us
to weep,
blood, would pour
down our
porcelain faces,
from glassy eyes.
Sing for life,
sing for love,
do not turn aside,
do not try to hide,
sing.
I raise my eyes,
you observe us,
we are watching,
your crowd,
waiting for you,
to break your silence,
your vow of servitude,
of beauty and silence.
Not a whisper,
we wait on,
hoping in vain,
for a silent song.
