I feel bad for him.

He's speaking about how he'll never be like Tyler. He tries to hurt other people to make himself happier and whole.
He brings people down because it's his way of coping. He wants to be happy like us. He wanted his own life but can't help leeching off of Tyler's, Josh's, and our's.
I also think it's a back and fourth between blurry and Tyler.
"Want to kill myself, knock him out!"
This is implying either Tyler is saying he is hurting and blurry won't leave his head so he wants to kill himself in order for him to be gone. Or it's the same reason but in Blurry's point of view.
" There is no reason why I sing, why?"
He's saying his music maybe isn't helping himself, he's saying it almost like he's doubting himself like we're not really listening for them or for us but they're becoming sell outs. I don't think he'll understand how much we love them no matter what.
"He is toxic, evil toxic."
This refers to how blurry is hurting him mentally and no one is helping him because blurry is unstoppable.
"My wrists are hurting now." - Tyler and or blurryface.
This is obvious to cutting. Tyler is being whispered and told by blurry all the bad things because blurry is just like a bully. He wants people to be teared down like him and hurt. Tyler is saying things like he wants his life back because blurry made it so he hurt and didn't feel like himself.
Or it's blurry saying he's the one that cuts himself but in Tyler's body. So he not only does it to himself but makes Tyler hurt with him.
No matter what, blurry won't be gone forever. He's weakened and we can control him now. He's hurting, weak, and no longer going to hurt our smol beans or the clique!
