"Should I call my chopper now?"
He asked his girlfriend while both of them are standing at the center of the bus with his one hand on her waist and another for clutching to make his posture steady.
How can I tell? I'm also one of the standing passengers here. Tsk.
"Please don't. " I heard her say. More like pleading.
He just smiled to her.
I missed his smile.
His...everything. ------
Suddenly the bus stopped and someone has to drop here. And with a glance, I came sitting on someone's lap.
Shit.
As I look at him, I stood up directly.
He looked away.
It means he still...know me.
And yeah, I still know him. Even if he had a gorgeous girlfriend, he never fails to make my heartbeat go wild.
10 YEARS BEFORE...
"Just shut up, will you?! "
"Pero mali ang ginagawa mo, Ate!" sigaw ko sa kanya.

"Ate!..." sigaw ko sa kanya nang makalabas na sya ng kwarto.
"Anong nangyayari dito?"
Biglang sumulpot si Mom mula sa banyo.
Nakawheelchair sa pagkatapos nyang maaksidente sa sasakyan. 43 years old na sya.
"Si Ate kasi...K-kinuha nya ang 500 mo sa wallet Mom." Yumuko ako at narinig ko na lamang na pinuntahan na ni Mom si Ate sa sala.
"CHELSEA!"
Paktay. Ayun na sya.
Minsan lang yan magalit pero buong-buo.
"S-sorry po... Opo... But I just want to go out Mom!" rinig kong sabi ni Ate Chelsea sa gitna ng pag-iyak nya. Lumabas na ako at nakita kong nakayuko nalang si Ate at nagwalk-out na si Mom na galit na galit.
Bigla akong kinalibutan ng tingnan ako ni Ate ng masama.
"Kasalanan mo 'to ang lahat Zara! I hate you! Pabida ka palagi eh! Eh anak ka lang naman sa labas! " sigaw nya sakin at tumakbo palabas ng bahay.
Oo. Anak ako sa labas.
My real Mom is a mistress. Tanggap ko naman pero ang nilalait ako?
Ayaw ko nun.
Hindi ako palaban kasi kung gagawin ko, mas lalaitin nila ako.
Okay na ako sa comfort zone ko.
