5 o'clock on the dot, I heard my doorbell ring. I hopped down the steps and opened the door cheerfully. I didn't expect Derek to actually be so punctual. He's usually late for everything, which can be quite annoying.
To my surprise, I looked up to find Sin and NOT Derek. When my gaze met his, I felt his hands wrap around my arms pushing me back into my house against a wall and shutting the door.
" I dont know what you have planned or why you're planning it, but it ends here understood?" He says
" Who do you think you are.. my dad?" I see a small smirk form on his lips and I instantly regret saying that.
" What I meant is your not the boss of me.. now get out, Im expecting company." I say shoving him off of me and reaching for the door to let him out.
" I know exactly who you're expecting and I wont allow it.." he replied pulling me to his chest
" I find it so cute how you think you have a say in the matter." I replied
I hear the doorbell and I start to make my way towards the door, but somehow Sin pulled me back and in a blink of an eye we were in my room with the door closed.
"How the-"
" Its Derek" he said
" Well duhh.. lemme answ-"
" NO!" he says angrily.
" What is the matter with you?" I reply
" No, whats the matter with you. That guy breaks your heart and now your running back to him with open arms. I cant allow you to be hurt again. I know his intentions, and trust me they aren't good."
" Your one to talk" I yell and his eyes glare at me with regret.
" Is that what this is about? You think im going to hurt you?"He asks
"No" I replied
" Your afraid that im going to hurt you?" He corrects.
I say nothing. I let go of a deep breath and I sit slowly on my bed.
"Blairebear why-"
"You dont understand Sin."
" No I do understand"
" No.. im sure your used to girls batting their eyelids at you, and craving your attention. But im not used to attention from boys. So imagine how I must feel when this hot guy strolls into town and is suddenly head over heels for me. Would you believe his intentions were pure?"
" But my-"
" NO you wouldn't. I just want someone who listens. Someone who doesn't tell me lies just to get in my pants. Someone who doesn't cheat every chance they get. I just want someone as head over heels for me, as I am for them" I said and sighed
" Listen Blairebear I know that you don't understand right now, but im not some stranger. Whether you knew it or not, you were waiting for me just as long as I was waiting for you. And I know you don't think its possible but I do love you.. more than you could ever know "
I contemplated his words in my head and I just wasn't quite understanding.
"The LAST thing I'd ever want to do is hurt you.." he said then turned towards the door to go.
" Wait" my mouth said before I had time to object. " Stay awhile" I manage to spit out.
Sin smiles this devilish smile and in an instant he swoops down and im sitting on his lap.
" I dont know how you do it.. but you make my body feel like its impossible to be apart from you." I said and this only made him smile more.
" I know" he said.
" and my body tingles everytime you touch me.. and I cant control my actions or my words and-"
" Trust me BlaireBear, I know"
" Thats why im scared Sin. I dont want to loose control and fall to deep. Nothing is forever"
" Nothing is forever.. but something special can last a lifetime." He whispers in my ear, caressing my hair.
" Can I kiss you" I ask turning to face him.
" Always Blairebear" He said and I turned around and placed a gentle kiss onto his lips. Our lips parted and I threw myself into his arms. I could literally stay like this forever.. but I knew my parents would be home soon. I just wondered how it felt like I knew him for a lifetime or maybe longer. It felt like I'd loved him before and I'd been waiting impatiently for that love to return.
" I should get going" he says pulling away from my tight embrace.
" Yea" I say rising to my feet and opening my room door. We both make our way downstairs and I open my front door. I half expected Derek to still be there.. but thankfully he wasn't.
" See you ,BlaireBear" he says and kissed my forehead.
" Bye Sin" I say quietly as he walks down my walkway.
So... my plan failed. Im a failure. A failure who is falling for a complete stranger. I know he say's he's not a stranger but.. common if you've never meant a person in your life, they're a stranger. If you know nothing about them, they're a stranger. Then it donned on me that I literally knew nothing about him. Who IS he? And why does he have this fixation on me.
