Chapter 23: It Just Had To Be You

Walking through the forest, you noticed Jeff was covered in blood. "Were you on an early killing spree?" You asked, Jeff turned his face to you, "No. This fangirl put up a fight and I did what had to be done." You scoffed, "Fangirl?"

Jeff slowed his pace, now he was walking next to you, "We have fangirls. One of them attacked me today, she was yelling 'Jeff! Jeff! Marry me! Have my babies, please!'-" Jeff used a really bad impersonation of a girl voice, which made you laugh a bit loudly. Jeff smirked, "It was horrible..."

As you both approached the mansion, you heard a few battle cry's from inside. Jeff heard this, causing him to facepalm. You giggled at his reaction, following him inside.

"GO BACK TO YOUR STUPID GAME!" BEN yelled at what seemed to be air, making you somewhat confused. You placed a hand on BEN's shoulder, "BEN, are you ok-" You were cut off by him, he yelled again, doing some sort of karate movements.

"Oh, it's you. Hey, babe," BEN smiled lazily, but he was pushed to the wall behind him. Your eyes widened, quickly running over to him, "I'm okay! Stay out of this," he tried his best to say it in a sweet voice, but he got even more angered when a pair of red eyes appeared behind him.

"LEAVE! WHY DID HAVE TO BE YOU?!" BEN yelled, looking around hesitantly around the room. "Um. Yeah, I think you should step back a bit," Jeff said to you, gently pushing you back. You continue to watch in utter confusion as BEN thrashes around wildly in the tight grasp of another Link look-alike; only he is completely dressed from head to toe in some sort of black to gray material; with the same bloody red eyes BEN posses.

"F*CK OFF YOU LITTLE TWERP" BEN growls angrily at the dark figure, before sharply kicking him in the waist. "Punk..." The dark figure mutters in a deep, quite sexy voice actually, at BEN; deciding that he had enough of him.

BEN shoot one more deathly glare at the strange looking boy before walking over to you and pulling you into his comforting arms; murmuring something quite unflattering about our guest.

"_____, meet Dark Link," Jeff announces quite irately before walking off towards the kitchen; presumably to sharpen his knife.

The boy who's name is supposedly is Dark Link nods politely at you, his crimson red eyes, unlike BEN's, are completely calm and serene. "Hey, Dark Link, nice to meet you." You offer a warm smile to counter BEN's malicious hisses towards him.

"Pleasure is mine. BEN, you ought to take lessons from your girlfriend on how not to be a sadistic bastard." And with this last phrase hanging in the air, Dark Link turns sharply on his heel and walks back into the television screen; disappearing in a series of coding and pixels.

"F*cking, a**hole, bastard, b*tch, coward, c*nt," BEN continues to mutter unhappily underneath your breath, naming every possible colorful word you've ever heard of into one sentence.

This was going to be a long night.
