- Vinegar will get blood out of clothes
- Use a hot rice bag or rag for cramps
- Exercise (which makes my cramps worse)
- Take a hot bath to relax
- Take pain killers every three/four hours so those cramps don't sneak up on you like a mother fricker
- Watch tv or do something to take your mind away from the pain
- Eat dark chocolate
- Do yoga
- Take vitamins
- Eat bananas
