Manehattan was a busy city; it's train station equally so. Even at this late hour in the night, the platform was crowded with tired ponies, anxiously waiting for their train. One young filly, however, was neither tired nor anxious.

She skipped across the platform, practically flying with her cream feathered wings. Her wild white hair bounced around. A train! They were going on a train! They were going to a new town! With new faces!

The filly looked back towards her older travelling companion, then paused in her excitement. The mare was nervous, that much was obvious. She kept brushing her curled blonde hair to her left side. Her eyes kept darting around. She was shaking ever so slightly.

"Hey, Lily Blossom!" the filly called, keeping a level of excitement in her voice.

The mare jumped, not expecting her to come out of her excitement at all during the trip. "Y-yes Iris?" She asked.

The filly slowed her pace to walk beside Lily. "Can you tell me about where we're going again?"

Lily eased a little. "Well, it's no big city," she informed, "but everypony there is incredibly friendly. I've even heard it's the friendliest place in all of Equestria."

"Why's that?" Iris inquired.

"Because Princess Twilight and her friends live there," Lily answered with a smile. "They've defeated many threats to Equestria with the Elements of Harmony."

The skip in Iris's step returned, although she did not leave Lily's side. A train pulled into the station. Once the doors opened, the two entered. As they were walking towards their sleeper car, Iris asked, "And love too! They used love too, right?"

Lily chuckled. "Of course!" She held open the door to their quarters, ushering Iris in before her. "Love..."

The room in the castle that held forge was dimly lit, and very, VERY hot. The sole occupant of the room, a unicorn with a dark coat, was currently hammering at a blade of some sort. He pushed his grey, sweat-soaked mane out of his face. His forest green eyes focused on the work infront of him.

There was a soft knock on the door. He ignored it. Whoever it was would go away eventually. There was another soft knock, followed by a nervous voice. "M-mr. Steeltrix?" Again, he ignored it. Another knock. "You've been in there for quite some time."

"Move over, Flash. I've got this."

The door suddenly burst open. Light flooded into the room. Steeltrix shielded his eyes and hissed. "Steeltrix! My bro!" shouted the figure at the door. "It's been three days! Even I was starting to think you were dead!"

Steeltrix groaned quietly. "Ironblood..." Holy geez, his voice was worse than he thought it would be. "Guess it has been a while," he croaked out. "New record?"

Suddenly, he was pulled off his feet by a yank on his tail. He yelped, dropping his hammer as he fell to the floor. He struggled to get some sort of traction on the floor, but he didn't have the strength to do it. Steeltrix was pulled out into the hallway, the light nearly blinding him.

Everything was bright and blury. He saw a mass of orange by the door, which must have been Flash Century. His brother was a blur of grey, with black where his mane and tail must be. "THIS!" Ironblood yelled, "This is why you're being sent to Ponyville! THIS is why I have to go with you!"

Steeltrix stopped trying to fight against him, but he also didn't make any effort to stand up and walk. "You don't HAVE to come with me," he countered.

"You'd DIE without me, and you know it!" They stopped suddenly. Steeltrix heard the sound of a door opening, then they continued. "You'd forget that food and sleep are things you need to live! I mean, you take our job WAY too seriously!"

"We are warrior ponies!" Steeltrix weakly shouted, "Our job is to fight and protect!"

"We live in a world where friendship and love is literally the most powerful weapon we have! But all you do is hide way from everypony and make a lot of weapons!"

Suddenly, Steeltrix's entire body was lifted up and sent into a tub of soapy water. Steeltrix could see Ironblood's face. His blue eyes were filled with anger and concern. "Aww, Am I making my baby brother worry?" he teased.

"Shut up. You're the baby here." The two brothers shared a good laugh. Why would Steeltrix ever need to make friends, anyway? He already had his brother.
