My azure eyes lit up at the sight of Clay walking towards Tyler and I, the smile on my lips growing at the sight of the brunette next to him.
"Clay! Jeffrey!" I exclaimed once they were close enough to hear me.
Jeff responded with an eyeroll before pulling me in for a hug that I instantaneously accepted, mentally noting his athletic attire.
"You're a jock?" I raised my eyebrows as I spoke.
Jeff's cheeks tinted a light pink at my question as he nodded his head. "I guess so, yeah."
"Is Mr. Jensen over here too good to hug me?" I turned my attention to Clay, teasing him.
"Never." Clay's response was accompanied by a little smile as he pulled me into his arms.
"I'm assuming you all kn-" My words were cut off once I noticed that Tyler was no longer standing next to me. "Well never mind."
"So I finally get to be in the company of the famous Zenobia, someone needs to get a picture." Jeff's words caused both Clay and I to laugh.
"I plan on keeping you two cuties for a while, there'll be plenty time for pictures."
We spoke for a little while more before the bell rang.
"Anybody have biology now?" I was still getting used to finding all of my classes so having a friend would be nice.
"That would be me, wanna walk together?" Clay's reply was casual.
I nodded my head in response, grabbing his hand in mine and allowing him to lead me to biology.
"Goodbye, Jeffrey. 'Til we meet again!"
