Nat was worried. And today, as he saw Cara wounded and poisoned, he felt weak. He doesn't know what to do except to bring her to the clinic and give her all that she needs to survive. Cara is his most important person and she's the first one who saw through him. Even though he's a nutshell, it's okay because Cara knows. There's someone who knows that its just a facade waiting for someone to see the inner Nat that he's been hiding since the death of his Mother. He loves Cara way more than just a friend does, but he knows that Cara doesn't feel the same way. That's why he's gonna let her go. He wants to be close to Cara even just as a friend. He can't bare to see Cara hurt.

He was at Cara's side from the moment he saw her lying till now. It's dawn and Karlie and the others are worried sick. He didn't have the time to tell them what happened since he's busy helping the nurse to save Cara.

"Mr. Wolff please hold her foot for me. Its almost done." The nurse proceeded to suck out the venom with a tool and after some minutes, it's done and Cara's fine. She is still sleeping. Nat sighed and smiled.

"Don't scare me like that again" he said to the sleeping blonde. 

"Who're you talking to?" A girl suddenly appeared behind him that made him startled.

"Don't do that Miss!" he glanced at her and blushed. She's pretty.

"Do what?" the girl raised her brow.

"Scaring people." he glared and left.

Nat headed straight to their camp to say the news. The first person to ask him a question is Kendall.

"Where is she?" Kendall looked stressed and worried.

"At the HQ clinic." Nat answered sadly. Kendall sobbed silently.

"What happened?" Karlie questioned next.

"I saw Cara lying in the woods and a rattle snake bit her foot. I carried her to the clinic and a nurse is tending to her at the moment." He explained. "Don't worry the nurse is good at her job."

"Is she alright now?" Karlie asked.

Nat sadly looked down. "She's..." a tear left his eye, "50/50." Nat continued to tear up.

Kendall blamed herself for what happened and teared up. Nat saw Kendall's reaction. He smiled then laughed. 

'Cara's all yours now Kendall Jenner.' He thought. 

"Yes she's okay now. I'm just kidding." He then get inside his tent and rest. "You guys take care of her for me." He said, but before he gets in, Kendall goes after him and punched his stomach. He groaned. Kendall's strong.

"How dare you joke about something like that!" She hissed. "And I WILL take care of her and its NOT gonna BE for YOU." Kendall clearly said. Nat laughed.

"You sounded like a jealous girlfriend." Kendall frowned.

"I am not jealous! I'm HER best friend!" Nat laughed harder.

"Best Friend? That's not gonna be her priority soon because I'm going to be HER Boyfriend." He said proudly. Half teasing half serious. 

Kendall is super mad now.  'how dare he say that to me?! Boyfriend? HAH.'

"That's not going to happen" she said flatly.

"On what basis?" he mocked.

Kendall frowned then smirked... "Because besides being a best friend, I'm also her Fiance." She turned and headed to the HQ to check on Cara.
