Trapped Behind Stereotypes

Chapter 3

I am now 2 months pregnant and I have decided to tell Call, Malena, and Brenna about my pregnancy. I hope they don't judge me even though I technically I broke the pack. I didn't know if I should tell them I was raped or just skip that part. I went with not telling them, my biggest secret.

"WHAT!" says Cally, Malena,and Brenna said in unison.

Brenna has enough courage to speak first and the first words to come out of her mouth is

" How could you do this?, What about our pack? Don't you have more pride of your self?. I mean going around  school  like you all goody goody, when all you are is a hoe!"

" I can't believe you just called me a hoe! You need to get out now. I thought you were my friend when all you were the whole time is a fake!"

I say with an angry look on my face. I look at Cally and Malena with disbelief on my face. I didn't know weather to cry of yell.

" Brenna how could say such a thing. It was probably a mistake or something. You are suppose to be her friend and support her through this. This is so unlike you and if you can't be a good friend then I can't be your friend any more.", says Malena with a serious face.

"Thank you Malena for that. Brenna get out! I will never be your friend again since you din't know what happened! " I say with tears in my eyes.

Bre says, " What is there to know other then you had sex like every other hoe in the school. so don't be coming at me with this guilt trip! "

Cally is looking at all of us like she doesn't even know the people sitting in front of her. 

she finally works up the courage to speak. " Bre you are so wrong I don't even know where to start. Marissa I will support you though this. Do  you mind telling us what happened. " says Cally.

" Oh come on it's simple people we learned it in sex ed many times. I wonder what the kids would think at school of the goody-too-shoes being pregnant., " she says with a smirk ," I'm outta here."

"don't go telling the school about my story Brenna! Because you will look like the biggest fool ever. Telling people I am pregnant. Oh and when you do tell them I was raped and see how them react!" by that time the anger has boiled out of me. I am crying know although it feels good to get that off my chest and to see Bre's face.

" Oh Marissa I am so sorry I didn't know. I just thought . . ." Bre says.

Cally looks at Bre and says " STOP IT. Bre you said what you had to say. You said those horrible things on your own, and now you're sorry !"

Before I could say another word, my friendship along with Bre was out the door.
