"This...is....hard."

"Come on Dean, you only need to run for six more miles!"

"But I've already done five!"

"Just keep going!"

"UGH," Dean sighed, he'd already done five miles, and he was exhausted, and breathless, he didn't know how his body hadn't already collapsed. And worst of all, Scarlett wasn't even running she was flying, FLYING. He asked her why HE couldn't fly, but she said he wasn't "ready".

"Okay you're done Dean."

"Finally...done..." Dean said, panting and gasping for breath.

"Now time for pull ups!"

"How...many?"

"Three hundred and forty-five."

"You've got to be kidding me."

"Nope!"

Sorry for the short chapter to everyone who is reading this, school and my daily life have made it hard to produce chapters, during the summer I will try my best to give you all more chapters. Thanks for the votes on trapped, I'm going to be redoing the whole book, completely change it, but not change so much that it will be like a whole different book.
